If you're referring to the avatar it is not based on points, it is based on number of items donated and requires that you donate 100 items.

Donate 100 items and you will receive the avatar.  You will have to refresh the page for the notication to pop-up but if you think you missed it, check your Neoboard Preferences to see if it's there.
