This is the first time I've ever gotten him as a random event. It's also a good thing Azarale is a basic colour, so I could easily paint him back should he have been babified. I get a random event maybe once a month o.0 Also, I get quests even rarer than that o.0 And I'm an active neopets player! The first one was that I found a Yellow Urapa Bead (sold for 700k.... :O) and the other one was that I found a Normal Golden Nerkmind (sold for 190k.....) ..My jaw actually dropped.
