Update

As some of you may remember, back in the summer, someone got into my account and took all of my high-end lending items, including the BGC.
 
Repeated attempts to contact TNT to try to resolve the issue have, so far, been ineffective. As such, I decided to reinvest and repurchase most of the items for lending. 
 
This also means that, while we were waiting for a response from TNT, we built up quite a backlog of requests. Rather than trying to track down every user that has made a request between June and now, as some have no doubt stopped playing or have already received the lend somewhere else, and further slowing down the queue, I've decided to purge the queue and we will restart filling requests. 
 
As such, I ask that if anyone requested an item BEFORE DECEMBER 9th, 2016 and still require that item, please submit a new request.
 
We are currently lending all of our available items, with the exception of the BGC which will remain out of commission until I can get a hold of TNT to try to look into what happened and how I might go about getting it back (I haven't stopped trying. I'm still messaging them once a week in the hopes that maybe they'll get sick of me and at least look at the ticket).
 
Thanks to all of you for being so patient as we try to sort the mess out, and I'm hoping we can get a bunch of you some long-awaited avatars!

I can't believe that has happened.  And I had received the lend from here too.  But I wouldn't hold high hopes for the TNT.

 

My account was locked when I was still semi active (just doing dailies the day before) and I have provided a ticket since October of this year and it has been opened since then.  I don't know how long this wait is going to be.  Neopets really isn't how it was before.  No fun plot events and now I can't even access my main. :(  I'm not even sure if I'll get it back or if I'm going to lose anything.  I did put a pin on my bank withdrawals.

 

The only fun thing I have going for me is that I have a lab ray on my side...I can't even do battledome since both my battle pets are frozen with my main.

Thanks for the update! I've been following your updates, and it really sucks that this has happened (and that TNT don't seem to be helping!). I hope things improve soon.

Hi Summertwinkle. If you play Ghoul Catchers and your account was linked to Facebook, you could try the log in with Facebook option. I think there's some sort of problem with log ins and its been happening for a while. I can't log in the normal way any more... keeps saying the password is incorrect (It's not). Like you, it worked fine one day and the next I got the error message and couldn't log in. I started to panic when it first happened but then I tried the FB option and it worked. I also can't log in normally on Ghoul Catchers and have to use the FB option there too. If your account wasn't hacked and stolen, then this might work.  Hope it works out or TnT resolves your issue.
