Don't worry if there is no luck with the Silver today. I just want to be able to pay in advance. I'd be happy to give you both alts so you have both types. I know you're scroll locked, though, so I can wait a day or so.

 

EDIT: I noticed this morning that you have five hatchlings, and only one is close to growing up. Maybe I could hold onto some of yours while we trade so that the alts can get on your scroll and grow up and then I return them?

 

Yes, sure. Sorry about suddenly having five. I had intended to fog the red egg, but completely forgot. >_< If you happen to actually want any of the hatchlings on my scroll, you are more than welcome to keep the ones you hold.

 

Except the Sunrise. I want that one. And the others are pretty common, so I doubt you'd want them. It was just a suggestion.

If those who want one of the old Valentines (listed or not) would find someone on the list and get one, then post, I'd be very happy. Also say if you got one off the AP or something. xD

 

SInce we have more breeders than recivers, I think we'd make a number of people happy if the remaining eggs were simply dropped (unless you wish to keep it).

Either way. Doesn't really matter. I jsut figured it'd be eaiser for the recivers to contact so no one would get attacked.

 

EDIT: So Mogan's breeding failed. I thoguht "Ok, i'll breed mine and give it to her for her second... she likes pairs and we have way to many givers."

That list applies only to the OLD egg. New ones will flood the cave ON THE 14TH. At that point, you're perfectly capable of getting your own.

Clutch would work better. A clutch is a set of eggs laid at the same time. But yes, breeding (or laying) works just fine.

EDIT: So apparently the alt black was clinging to my leg or something. I tried dropping it for, say, 20 times, and always got the message, "You lead the hatchling to a nearby cave and try to walk away, but it follows you." Amusing, but Livvy only gets an alt vine for now. XD

And Livvy is perfectly satisfied with that alt vine, it being her first alt and all. :D

 

By the way, if anyone happens to want a Bluna, I would be happy to provide one. I have two eggs at the moment.

Yeah, that's also why you get a lot of reaction grabs. You get so used to hunting for rares that you click without thinking- even if you don't need or want it. xD

 

Hm.... I think my next Bites (which won't be till next month) will be going to the AP....

400+ people make me think it's impossible to get

a Valentine from the AP. ;-;

I see them often in the AP, it's just that I can't

get to them quick enough. >:C

Any tips on how to actually have a chance at getting

When the AP is moving this quick? ...pray a lot. What I mean is that it's incredibly difficult to compete when the AP is this full. You're fighting against people with better connections and better reaction times who have trained themselves to impulse click. So either go for the commons, or just wait it out.

 

(Impulse clicking, by the way, is the difference between...

 

*sees Vampire egg* Ooh, look, that's a Vampire egg! Those are rare, right? I want it! *click*

and

*sees Vampire egg* Vampire - I want it! *click*

 

True impulse clicking is something like:

*sees Vampire egg* Vamp. *click*)

I don't get how people can be that fast at clicking. ;-;

The only 'rare' dragon I got from the AP was a silver hatchling,

& that's just because my mouse was on the slot when the hatchling

popped up. D: I can spot an egg, but my hand is really slow. o__e;

I think I'm done with trying to get a Valentine today, though. I'll probably

try again tomorrow.

When you get a true reflex click.... it's sort of like something takes over. That's how I got Arinia (my CB Gold), Hoshiso (Alt vine- caught as a hatchie), and most of my Dinos. Eventually, if you're at it long enough, you operate on pure reflex. There IS no thought process.

Anime, I have a question. How are Ochedrakes in terms of rarity? I mean, they don't seem like rares, but whenever they show up on the AP, they disappear fast.

As a technicality, they're common. However, they can only breed within the "drake" families- and, as of now, it's the only member. So they're a bit like Splits in that respect- not rare, but needed for couples.

I find it difficult to even see a Valentine.

 

Is there a chance that number of people

in the AP will decrease before Valentine breeding is over?
