This was fun at first, but now it is just annoying.  I don't battle in Battledome. Never have.  I don't want to spend a fortune in NP to get potions, because everyone has jacked up the prices on the components.  They need to wind this up or give the pacifists on Neopets another way to play.

I understand your frustration about the prices... for simple colors like brown, white, orange. I think other prices like Elderly, Faerie, Maraquan, Desert, Plushie are acceptable :) 
Indeed, neoHomes annoy me as well because there is so much potential in it and they ignored it completely.. even the contenst has stopped running..

i finally got to dressing Peopha up as Wonder Woman for Halloween .. as promised before
I didn't want to add lots of trinkets and stuff but I tried to copy the essence of Themyscira 

I think he is beautiful as he is now.  Maybe wait a little while to change him?
 

Thanks to all who offered solutions to my problem.  It was indeed with flash.  So it's all working fine now.  
 

As balloongal247 mentioned, It is a web browser issue, especially seen if you use Chrome. Nothing that JumpStart or NetDragon is doing. To be fair, Firefox (reference: https://blog.mozilla.org/futurereleases/2016/07/20/reducing-adobe-flash-usage-in-firefox/), Chrome (reference: http://www.online-tech-tips.com/google-softwaretips/enable-flash-chrome-specific-websites/) and Safari (reference: https://www.theverge.com/2016/6/14/11938562/apple-blocking-flash-safari-10-macos-sierra), now all disable Flash by default. However, with Chrome, it seems that after every update, you might have to re-enable Flash. To do so:
1. Make sure you are on Neopets.
2. Click the circle with the "i" in the center, located to the left of the website's address, in Chrome's address bar.
3. Look for "Flash".
4. To the right of "Flash", change the drop down option from "Ask (default)" to "Always allow on this site".
5. Refresh the page.
Flash should now be working. (Results may vary. These instructions may or may not work for everyone, but might be worth trying, in case it does).
