Is it weird that I really like the eye tiles because they remind me of a lot of gecko eyes? Like this gargoyle, for example. I like the concept of the mosaic ones, but I think they'd be better as like decorations than pets, if that makes sense? Also loving the thief outfit. It's really cool. Nearly makes me want a techo now.

I'm giggling at the devilish draik since my draik is a vampire slayer. Hehehehe. That'd be an interesting combo if I had a second one It's a SUPER cool design, though!

Lutaris are definitely otters. Lutra lutra is the Eurasian otter's latin name, so it's probably a play off of that. I hadn't actually thought of the getting his name checked. Yeah, it does seem like a good way to get a pet to poof. Shame, really. Also that people report pet names on whims. I've reported all of one. I found it in the pound, and it was a lot more overt than the above mentioned Chombussy. I think it's funny what pets are popular or not, too! I've never really been a fan of shoyrus. They're okay, but nothing special, yet they're the most popular pet apparently. I'm not a huge krawk fan, though I've got one since I found a pirate one in the pound. **snipe!** I've thought about giving her away to someone else, but I've also thought about not. A few, like tuskaninis or moehogs, I think are kinda cute, but I wouldn't own one. And some like jubjubs or kikos or chias? No thank you. Not ever. Randomly, though, I adopted an aisha because while I was playing on dress to impress I saw a custom of one that I thought was cute as could be, though I'd never really liked their looks before. Also, looking at lost and pound, it seems like there are tons less painted pets than normal. Wonder if the extra slots means a lot of people went on adoption sprees, or if it is just that people are abandoning less of them. Shame that so many have names that guarantee they'll sit there forever. Seems there are hundreds that were just Species+Random number as their name.

Thank you! I didn't actually know that. Any of it! I thought you could still only get one extra slot by going premium. Where have I been? Is there a way to ask neopets if the name is okay before you spend np to change her and have someone notice/report the name? It's super cute for sure, but it'd be sad to have it go poof later.

It's not a violin, it's a viola! Me being an angsty violist who knows we'll never get anything aside, it's a really cute outfit. Almost makes me want to change Shiro_Iro's theme from swordskyrii to a musician. ALMOST.

I absolutely loathe the country I live in. Mostly for the politics, but also that it's set up to keep people like me (not born rich/disabled-autism and anxiety in my case) down so we can barely (if at all) pay to care for ourselves. My dream country is the Netherlands, and I'd love to have a small farm there, though of course since I can't even make enough to survive, it seems more a pipe dream than anything else. I keep trying to find a way to bargain a farm idea I'd had that would grow any plant-based crops in any climate/season to someone just for a little place that'd support me, but so far (and so many years later) no go.

Not a fan of the new colour, but omg eee! That new outfit is adorable! I might have to change Mackie's for the first time in forever. Not that we can see it any longer. . .

It's funny. I really liked the wide grey sidebars. They really helped tone down the brightness of the page to me, and I love that.

I haaaaate the new site. It is horrendous. The bright yellow background makes me feel like someone is stabbing me in the eyes (I had a nice background for a reason. One I had to work to earn!), it feels way slower, and I JUST spent cash to upgrade my pet's look, yet now I can't see her wherever I am. I also can't seem to find anything unless I click a link HERE to find it. I found like one page yesterday that I liked better, yet I can't find it at all today =( Plus since I use a computer to navigate the site, it makes it even more difficult. I've got no tips, but I'll have to try that inventory thing because the refreshing is driving me completely nuts. I didn't even know there was an option to close and refresh, as I normally just X out of something and click something else before refreshing the page after a few times. Thank you for that.

I get the feeling that while I could so use my flag, I'd have to stick to ace, short for asexual, as part of the term would likely still be flagged. No skin off my back because that's what I typically say anyway, but yeahhh! This is great for the site

Anyone know how to get more than 4 side accounts without being frozen? Asking for a friend because while I love all of my pets, I SO want a wocky for that outfit!

Thank you. I just. . . guess I had not realised how close to the end of the year it was until I noticed the advent calendar and was like "ooohhh." Really hoping they keep the classic site. I spent a lot of effort to get a couple of those plot backgrounds and they look way better than the mobile site does.

I keep getting nagging reminders that flash is going away after this month. I also see that neopets hasn't really updated anything on the site in a while. I still have to enable flash on the various pages most of the time when I log in. Are they planning to just do away with the stuff that's still flash based (and aren't most of the games?) or have they been working behind the scenes, and just planning to unveil everything at once? Or is this why there's the big push to the (omg, no, it's soooo ugly) mobile site version, since it'd probably use different coding?
