Cool choices, but I already have a Tyrannian and Stealthy pet. And I don't want 2 pets to be painted the same color. I've got some time to think about it since I've got to save up some more NP for a Paintbrush. XD But I hope your luck with your zapping will arrive someday as well. Huh... that's a nice surprise. After many weeks of spending several lab ray cookies, color, gender and species changes I finally have a (male) Ice Hissi! Context: I got Kaskafil (his name) on Hissi day and wanted to get him ice since he'd look cool and like the Snowager, which is my favorite neopian monster. But since I didn't have the money for a potion to do that I tried my luck with the lab ray. When he (or she at the time) became a species that couldn't become ice I used a Starry Grarrl Potion to raise the ice-zapping chance. And finally after quite a (long) while my pet turned ice and I used a premium perk to change him into a Hissi. I am VERY happy that my patience and effort has paid off in the end. Just wanted to share this with you all. Now to decide what to paint my Chomby...

I got that one. The chocolates were pretty good. But I liked the big picture so much that I just took out the plastic tray for the chocolates so I didn't have to open up the spaces. I still have it.

No worries. I'm more surprised you answered again. Thanks for the info. But I got get all the items I needed. Bought like 200 retired AC capsules and got the last item after like 10. So I got stuck with a whole lot of those things. XD

It's an extra bummer because we (I'm with Meridell since I joined the AC) finally did so well that I was REALLY hoping to get first place this year so I didn't have to try so hard anymore. And since that SOTAC (or something like that) group weren't treated as cheaters in the past I was hoping they'd not be counted as such either this year. If they were counted as cheaters I don't know for sure f course. But it's even more a shame that there's no explanation from TNT at all. Now it just seems like it can be anyone's game no matter how hard you try to me.

About this year's AC that is. Have we had an (official) answer as to why Meridell got 3rd place this year despite winning almost everything? I'm not sure why and I would like to have an answer so I can finally stop thinking about it. Anyone here who can tell me?

Sound very impressive. And I'm just happy when I get All-Star since I have less than 6 hours a day (including a little 'free time' since the work I do can be pretty exhausting). But I at least try to max out YYB every day so that's at least something. XD But I'm sure you'll definitely get All-Star again this year. So don't worry about that too much.

Do you ever wonder wat happens with the characters who are being replaced? Like, do they disappear or just life ordinary lives somewhere in neopia or something?

Sorry to hear that. I got my account hacked once too. I made a side account so I could keep playing and somehow I managed to get my main one back after about 3 months. It also seemed I'd got a 'nicer' hacker since all they did was put the petpets of my gallery in my SDB and my shop said 'This shop is closed. Sorry'. If they did anything besides that it wasn't noticeable. But if there's anything I can do to help you let me know.

I had the same problem when transferring my last side-pet to my main. But after reading a reply to a post I tried adopting a pet from the pound and I could make the transfer. So maybe there are some issues if it's the last pet you're transferring?

So I was doing my dailies as usual when my Grarrl suddenly caught, for real, a Starry Petpet Paint Brush. I went to look but I didn't see it on the fishing 'prizes' list on either TDN or Jellyneo. So now I am wondering: how rare or unusual is this?

So far I think mine (or a petpet of some sort that was in my inventory) only ate something out of my inventory once. Maybe because I feed my pets pretty much every day. It's a bizarre thing though.

So, I've found out a while back that my Grarrl loves rockfish. He needs just one to get very bloated, even when he's satiated. So now I wonder if it's the same with all Grarrls (or maybe even Skeiths for that matter) or that some have a different food they really like? Any thoughts?

You don't have to let your friend go if she's that important to you in my opinion. But if you respect her and her religion while not having one yourself then I think the least you could do is trying to be a little considerate around her. Try not to curse, smoke or drink alcohol (which ARE wrong and not really needed in life if you ask me. But I don't think cutting your hair is) around her would be a good start I think. But most importantly, talk to her about how you feel and try to find a solution that will satisfy you both. Otherwise the uneasiness might become worse the longer you wait and it might even drive you apart when it's not really needed. But whatever happens, I hope that you both will find what will make you happy. Good luck.
