I can see why you used the necklace; while the dress's neckline is very pretty, the Draik scales don't look so good with it, do they. So my girl got to keep her scarf on, which she is particularly attached to!
I think the gloves you have your girl wearing are far more fitting that the AC wristbands, those are way too casual, and not pretty enough, the gloves help mitigate some of the bareness that's bothering you, too.
I'm guessing your problem with the shoulders is gonna be things going too far the other way and her ending up looking bundled up and too much of the rest of the outfit being covered...
That winter cloak you've got in the closet there certainly looks lovely on, but it does change the vibe of the outfit doesn't it, it's too heavy for the ethereal look you're going for. I see it doesn't un-equip the cape, what layer's that on then... ah, backpack, that's handy, though only partly as it's collar too, hmmm. ? Your options are limited, aren't they!

Though not in a particularly good way if you ask me, lol, it just covers too much up. You want something that just softens the shoulder/neck area without hiding the dress, don't you. If you could take a pair of scissors to the ties and the bits of the cape that obscure the front of the dress it'd work well. >_<
I dunno about another colour, but a little more of the darker tones for balance and contrast wouldn't hurt I don't suppose, but does the right item exist?? More importantly, does it not un-equip any of what she's got on... probably not! I don't think it's actually necessary though, she looks great as she is. ?

I'm not surprised that TDN has lasted this long, and I am confident that it will continue thriving. I don't spend much of all my free time playing Neopets or even hanging out on this forum, but it is clear even to me how hard the staff of this site works to deliver updates and to make the site more enjoyable for users! Playing Neopets would never be quite the same without TDN. I have been using the dailies page for almost my entire time playing Neopets since I came back to it a few years ago, so I must give my thanks for being an integral part of my Neopets experience!

Its quite unfortunate to have to spend several minutes trying to find out how to "fix" a Neomail that you send to a friend that for some reason Neopets deemed profane. For that reason, I prefer to interact primarily with real life friends and keep Neopets a personal habit.

When you said "SOOOOO here i am!", I had the mental image of someone in a gaudy outfit presenting himself in a cheesy way. I'm not familiar with your personality, so I can't tell if you were being joking or not. Well, way for me to get a couple laughs by hurting someone's feelings...
 
I personally haven't used the forum to help myself get avatars, as if I was interested in only that, I would use TDN guide and skip the forums altogether. Do you have some ulterior motive? :shiftyeyes_anim:

I don't have the patience for restocking, so all I can say is somehow get a faster internet provider or keep trying your luck. Lag hasn't been an issue for my main activity on Neopets - jobs. I can get well-paying jobs consistently. Since my activities are lower-risk, lower-reward, my Neopets experience has been pretty tame. With daily interest, I actually can make the 15k needed for stocks every day without TOO much work. And I haven't failed a job yet, too!
 
Though, I hope that I didn't just jinx myself!

I would imagine it depends on a combination of name, species, and color. Players including myself like pets with proper names - no numbers, symbols, and spaces - that sound good. Pets with awful names are harder to "save" than those that have better names. Species plays a role with the likelihood that someone will like the pet and will adopt it. The most popular species chart is a good guideline, but the limited edition pets should be weighted much more heavily than they are. For example, I would imagine there is a higher demand for Shoyrus than there are for Gnorbus. Finally, color is a matter of preference, but having rare or expensive colors certainly never hurts. You would have to look out for which colors are most popular in a species... to find out which colors are most popular in a species. For Kacheeks, White is a very popular color from what I can make out. Good luck zapping.

Yep! It is in celebration of Neopet's birthday, which also happens to be when the developers decided to introduce the Vandagyres. I don't care much for this new Neopets species, but I suppose they must be in *cahoots* with the Krawks. :woot: Though, I really would like to see what kind of notification page you get when you win the Jackpot. Maybe someone will actually win today.

The beauty contest is not the contest you are looking for as it places much less emphasis on the clothes your pet wears. I think that you would want to enter the Customization Contest instead. That is where players show off their pets' custom outfits. Entering your pet into that contest simply takes a screenshot of your pet and enters it into the voting pool where other players judge your pets based on their in-game appearance, no hand-drawn pictures involved at any point.

I also can see how someone would associate your customization with Elsa, but at the same time, I have seen customizations much more faithful to her image such as this one.

As your customization misses some of Elsa's key features that this customization captures, perhaps you should ignore the comparisons and simply let it go follow the theme you think looks best.

As always, I was going through my normal Neopets routine of completing 5 basic jobs and participating in the dailies. When I did the TDMBGPOP daily, I noticed something odd. I took a screenshot and then I realized what happened.

Today, I beat the hard mode of the Kiko Pop challenge and won a "Faerie Flute". It is an uncommon wearable, but I decided to search its price before discarding it.
 
I'm glad I did. It is listed at 600k on Jellyneo, but it seems to be selling for less on the Trading Post. Now I am thinking of saving up again, but I am unsure for what. What else should I do with *ALL OF THIS MONEY*? :laughingsmiley: I'm pretty bad at saving unless it is for something I know that I really want and can afford.

Random chance allows theoretically any combination to occur, so it's 'normal' too if you have to try everything. There are 255 possible solutions to the puzzle and you guessed it correctly in around 7 to 8 combinations. You were lucky to not have to do so much work for the water plant, but less so on the punch club constellation. It is possible for someone to finish that challenge in the first few guesses.

I once told my history teacher that Neopets had a socialist economy. Everyone had equal opportunity, everyone worked for the "government", and prices were dictated by the community. He had a good laugh, but I said immediately afterwards that I played Neopets during my childhood to avoid derision... :sad01_anim:
 
However, I imagine that Neopets shares much in common with many Internet communities. Thus, I'm sure that there are papers that do address Neopets in the topic of online human interaction. Could you share more about what makes Neopets unique, though? That I would be very interested to hear about.

I've fallen prey to this mistake. I lost around 9k due to missing a zero as well, which was a LOT to me at the time (was no good at saving Neopoints).

A draik owner myself, I was in the same spot you are in right now. As you can see on my Neopets userpage, I named my Faerie Draik Nayarra.
 
I think that you are unsure about what you want in the first place (you know neither what gender nor what color you want your draik), so you should first ask yourself what color and personality you want your Draik to have. In my case, deciding to make my draik Faerie helped me to eliminate most possible name candidates. From there, I chose what I thought was the best-sounding name. As so many Neopets with good names exist, you may never find a name you love, but you can certainly discover the name you think is best for your pet.
 
"Bloath" is an interesting name which rolls off the tongue nicely! :rock:

I see no reason why a dark-skinned person would be offended simply because a paint color was labeled "black". The notion is ludicrous - I don't see anyone complaining about "White", "Yellow", "Red", or "Brown" paintbrushes.
 
Neopets would have to do something blatantly racist to garner complaints, such as make references to black caricatures (Sambo, Mammy, etc.) or make black jokes. As simply calling a color black is trivial in comparison, I don't think there is a debate to be had. Unless Neopets is indeed guilty of propagating anti-black bigotry, such a complaint should be regarded as despicable.

If you are indeed going for a "warrior queen" kind of look, then I do recommend the Island color simply because the Royalgirl Peophin looks too soft to look like a fighter.
 
Honestly, I don't like your current customization as the components don't fit a color scheme. My biggest beef is with the The Sun Princess Wig because it sharply contrasts with the shape of the rest of Peopha's head. For example, the Aisheenas Collector Wig matches the Island Peophin's skin color and fits her head. To me, that is aesthetically pleasing. Although I don't know if these wigs are affordable, I also recommend the Golden Underwater Wig, the Golden Neopoint Wig, the Proper Peophin Lady Wig, the Starry Wreath Wig, and the Umbrella Wreath Wig.
 
I feel like I am telling you what you have to like now, but at the very least, you more informed about the clothing options for Peopha. That, I think, will help you decide what you want her color to be and possibly "improve" her customization.
