So, I just got back from being out of town, visiting family and celebrating my birthday this past weekend. I'm kinda posting because I thought it'd be tricky getting back into the "groove" of playing YYB after a whole year. I completely forgot it started the real matches today! LOL So I've only got 3 games in, but all 3 games were over 8 points. If I read the in-game instructions right, that means we got 24 team points, right? My first couple games were a little shaky, 9-0 and 10-1, but I MUST be settling in well, because I just got my first 16-0 win. XD It would be nice if the team got more extra points for like, perhaps scoring 10+ to 0. What do you guys think?
 
I probably won't get very far tonight, with what little time is left in the Neo-day and I have an appointment tomorrow, so I can't stay up uber late. But at least I can try to rack up a mess of team points! LOL

I'm really hoping for All Star again this year, but my other goal is to be more active on the boards.  I really want to start strong this time, since I'm sick with the flu.  There isn't much else that I'd rather be doing than playing YYB.

And if you dropped off Neopets for a few years, someone else claimed to be you and stole your account, you'd be mad because Neopets didn't have precautions to prove ownership of your account, right?
 
I don't see what the problem is - it's your account, your responsibility. If you'd forgotten the email, password, fake birthday you put in, well that's probably not Neopets' fault. If you can't be bothered to put in the effort to try and recover your account, then there's nothing that will happen. Neopets Customer Support is not too terrible, if you provide even some information. I've recovered several old accounts with a few lucky guesses. It won't hurt to try. Everyone has already provided you the resources you need to attempt to get your account back, the rest is up to you.

It's not really stupid at all because you have to prove that you are... well, you. There are a lot of account thefts on Neopets, so it only makes sense that they would ask these types of questions.

i've actually been enjoying reading the news lately because it's amusing to see how they're struggling with a smaller content staff. a bit evil of me, i know. i hadn't noticed the shift in tone, because i'd just been attributing it to the news writer trying to fill up the same amount of space with less content and thus resorting to long-winded talk about zafaras.

Ah! I'm so excited, I just got the Rainbow Fountain Faerie as my reward from the grey faerie! This is the first time I've gotten this opportunity :D Now to decide who to paint!

I got one from her today too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had never gotten a FFQ before (in years and years and years of being on Neopets as different SNs), and was so excited! I finally switched my baby elephante to a woodland elephante, and really enjoyed getting to customize him today! And she just asked for something I already had in my SDB too :)

- Premium toolbar not allowing users to log in/receive severe lag. Disabling this fix most lag issues.
- Dailies not handing out prizes or not working in general. (Kreludor Asteroid, Altador Council).
- Several HTML games have been removed (Kadoatery/Bilge Dice/Dice-a-Roo).
- Glitched Birthday Cupcakes.
- "Missing" petpets when viewing pet lookups / Grave Danger. Refreshing should fix.
- Lack of content updates / contests renewing.
- Neoboard avatars/signatures resetting.
- Stock Market stocks disappearing / Food Club showing 1:1 odds.
- Delina's daily request not showing for users who have the Refresh Boon.
- Krawk Island Petpets have a glitch when purchasing petpets.
- Unable to receive Ghoul Catcher prizes/log in issues. They are apparently "working on it."
- Gelert Day colours "released" but not activated.
- Pet Images appearing broken across the site.
- Battedome not showing challengers (refresh) Running into "error" when accepting prizes. Missing weapons. Showing wrong HP
