Whoot! Fed's odds in Lagoon came back up as a safety bet to 6:1, so I've dropped Garet's base bet and the safety bet on Harpoon on Lucky to incorporate two additional safeties using Shipwreck as an additional pseudo positive. Hopefully Goob comes though this time!

Unfortunately there is no technical support for the game now, so I suspect you're out of your prize for good. You can try putting in a ticket though. I didn't have enough stars and still got the prize, so I don't think that's the issue.

I did the same for most of them. I was interested in the Winter Lights as I think the original is cool, so checked it out before borrowing it. I might still borrow the Sparkles Effect and maybe the Moon thingy... or I might just try and trade for the Teal one. There are usually loads of people with duplicates!

I quite like the Sparkle Effect. The orange and blue in particular would work well on my eventual Elderly Pteri plan: I liked the idea of the Winter Lights, but having tried out the colours, I'm less impressed. And the Maraquan Dress is reasonably nifty, although is far lower on my priority list. I suspect it works well with the Lutari because the Lutari colours are very pastel like! The green is very manky looking though!!

I have wanted that item ever since I got my Mutant Draik, but there are so few in circulation I figured it was a pipe dream at best!!! So now, not only does my Draik have his nifty little collar, it's even purple to match his cloak! Dyeworks. Making impossible dreams achievable!

Yeah, that seems to be the normal best time to do it - but as I'd got a 72:10 which would get me nearly a quarter of the way to a trophy on it's own, I thought I'd try my luck. You can hold seven days/eight rounds and the scores reset with all the other games on 1st of the month. So I think the best chances are to start holding on 25th-26th odd depending on if it's a 30/31 day month? Seven days takes you to 1st and if you then collect before midnight on 1st but after food club results are announced you can use that days round as well. If it's after midnight though, the first round will disappear from your run and you will lose that np. Unfortunately yesterday was a bust - Goob evidently did not win! I'm going to hold today and see where I get to, but I suspect I won't be close enough to the big earnings to really have a chance in honesty! Today I have taken out two of the high end safeties in Lagoon to put two safeties on Buck in Treasure Island, making that possibility profitable, but only just in honesty (12:10). I thought after I should have probably done a 'safety boost' if that's even a thing, using Tailhook and buck and then the two 2:1's in Harpoon, instead of a regular safety and a single bet. Slightly more risky, but far more profitable.

Well, yesterday was not a bust as one of the safeties I did manage to put on came through at 28:10. Unfortunately today's odds are absolutely terrible, but I was hoping to go for the trophy if I held my winnings for seven rounds due to my 72:10 win two days ago. So I've decided to risk it all on Goob... despite there being another 2:1 in his arena. Note to the wise: if you are just looking to make np and not hoping for a payout to boost your earnings up to the high score table, I do not recommend betting today!

And that's still a nice win to boot!! I was feeling distinctly jaded yesterday and just followed Garet exactly, so came out with a 72:10 win. Not bad at all. As I mentioned in my edit to my previous comment though, today could be... disastrous. The two bets highlighted yellow were accidental, when I messed up on who I had changed over... and I'd already decided to drop one of the 13;1 safety bets for the blue 8;1 base bet. Unfortunately, I placed that bet first, so couldn't change my mind after my mess up on the other bets! So I am now running with three safety bets instead of six. I mean, if Scurvy Dan comes up big, I may win significantly more than Garet... but I certainly wouldn't have played that gamble deliberately!!

It's taken me a while to warm up to that zombie Bruce... it is definitely more creepy than the usual neopets fare we get. I suspect this is the same artist that did the Zombie Ogrin. It's like a plushie zombie... and that is very odd. But quite cool. I actually quite like the new outfit, it's very detailed and whilst I would likely leave the hat off, the individual pieces are very nicely done indeed!

Well, after two appalling days, I was tempted to skip yesterday. I'm glad I didn't and that I followed Garet exactly as I've walked away with close to a million np! EDIT: And I've messed up today's food club bets by changing the wrong pirate arena... so I have significantly fewer safeties than Garet and this might end very, very badly!

I'm working on the principle that I may be able to get some decent trading items from it as well. I have an entirely separate private list of items on DTI that I am hoping will increase in value once the period when everyone got them is over!

I just finished Ghoul Catchers!! I may or may not have paid real money to skip the star requirements to get into later worlds, but I DID IT!!

And I've bit the bullet and bought my 25 pack Stocking Stufftacular pack. This had better be worth it... it was an eye watering price otherwise!!! I also note that the advent calender isn't yet linked on the TDN dailies page?

The colour is pretty, although not quite to my tastes. I really loved the shade of the Oilpaint Ixi they brought out earlier in the year. I agree that a more pink tail would also have contrasted nicely. I do like that outfit a lot, although not having any Xwee's... or any plans to have one, except for maybe a baby... I'm never going to utilise the items. It's a pity the hat and the wig are one item. I'd have loved to see what it would look like with just the hat. I never have been keen on fake hair on any of my pets!! I also thought the ruff was a kerchief of some kind; it looks really cool like that actually!!

I like the colour although like all Mosaic pets, I imagine it would be a pain in the backside to customise. I initially thought the pink dots were like little paw prints... but they are on the wrong side of both feet and one hand!! Not sure about that outfit. It almost looks as though they've tried to give the Usul hissis? It's very strange...

That's really sweet as well. I haven't come across either of those tales before!!

Still 10 betting Goob today, but I'm removing the three arena bet and the base 2:1 bet in order to boost three arena's rather than two; Treasure, Harpoon and Cove. The reason I haven't chosen Shipwreck like Garet is because I'm have to cover all four pirates on it. Instead, I have covered all four bases on Cove, and then the three pirates on Treasure and Harpoon.

I'm definitely loving the autumn vibes that this set of entries has brought out!

I wish I'd have had the foresight to buy a batch when they were lower priced. My current thinking is that the final amulet will get my a Candychan!! Stamp collecting is very low on my list of priorities... whereas a Darigan Candychan is niggling at me!! Yeah, the game completely disappears at the end of December... and there aren't that many on the market to begin with!!

That final amulet is worth 20 MILLION!! 20 MILLION! Guess who has now started trying to beat that bleeding game again. I have now beaten Faerieland. I am half way through Terror Mountain. I am swearing at myself for leaving it so late!!
