well today the scrollbar seems to have disappeared i was trying to get to the bottom of my items and instead i just had to search for the item i removed to put it back on i don't know what is going on with customization but really wish they'd get it fixed

It was happening to me too and I got around it by switching to the view of what my pet was wearing and removing one item, then the save button re-appeared. I don't know why that worked, but it did.

i had to remove pretty much everything i had on before it would pop up and i think i had to add something new (not an item i'd just removed) before it'd pop up still not sure whats going on hope that gets fixed
