Lady Lyuba Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 I've had this problem since Friday. I click the Medium difficulty, and all I get is a blank curtain with the instructions above the Kiko's head. No balloons, the curtains won't open so I can't throw my dart, nothing. I tried posting about my problem on the Kiko Pop thread in the News forum, but nobody ever replied to it. Quote
raelilphil Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 What browser do you use? Is your flash player updated? Quote
Wildbreeze Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Try the basics, like clearing browser cookies, and, as raelilphil said, checking that your flash is updated. If it still doesn't work, send in a ticket to TNT. Include this screenshot so they know what you're seeing. Mouseykins 1 Quote
blowupthesun Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 I'd try it in a different browser if you haven't already. If it isn't working in either then yes, that's strange and I'd send in a ticket. Quote
hrtbrk Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 Have you tried any of the obvious things mentioned here? Or going and turning ogf portal/turning off the toolbar (whatever it's called now) If not, it's best to do those mentioned above before making a thread here. If those don't work, contact TNT. Shelley Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 This was happening to me! Switching browsers solved my problem, and also making sure I had full bars on my wireless connection. Make sure your internet is functioning at a high enough speed. But yes, like hrtbrk said, don't hesitate to send in a ticket. Quote
brickcity_woman Posted September 7, 2014 Posted September 7, 2014 I have tried almost everyday and nada. I use an iPad so it won't work on the default browser, I use puffin for anything that wont work and i have had no luck on puffin either.....go figure Quote
spotify95 Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 What browser do you use? Is your flash player updated? That screenshot looks like the OP is using Google Chrome. I find that strange, as I use Chrome as my main browser and haven't had any problems. My suggestion would be to (a) make sure Flash player is turned on, and (b ) make sure it is also up to date.
