The Gothic Heart Valentine Garland is a very lovely NC item. It kind of shows how nice a darker version of Valentine's looks like. The Gothic Feather Mystery Capsule is very pretty too with it's glittery feathers and base. These two appeal to me a lot: The Faerie Poogle one for the love of my Poogle Lippstik, and the Water Draik one for Spritzie's Draik Aitvara. I just don't have the NP for them because they are too expensive. :( I never really thought of beautiful Neopian items, but in my case many of them involve customisation.
