Avatar counters not working?

I had my avatar counter on my petpage but it just shows up as a broken image. It seems that the url gets changed by neopets because of the fansite stuff. Anything you guys can do about it or should I send a ticket...i dunno..

I have noticed some problems with that with the layouts I have from SunnyNeo. I found that they kind of fixed themselves after a while- on occasion I look at them and the images are broken, but then I go back later, the the images are up. -shrugs- i have no clue why it kind of changes back, or why they had to mess around with the urls of images like that. >.>

I'm going to bring this matter to Ian and see if we can do something to prevent it, although I believe the only real thing we can do is to re-upload our graphics on a new domain.

For some reason, I can't get ANY of the avatar counters to work for me. =( It won't let me add one to my signature. 
 
I'm horrible with HTML anyways though, but how hard could copy and paste be. =(

If you're having problems adding a counter to your signature, you need to use the BBCode and not the HTML code. To copy it in correctly in your editor you'll see a lightswitch in the top left corner, click that and paste your BBCode there. :)

The forum code from tdn, and then clicked the switch, and pasted. I then, hit save changes. I then get this image :

Can you post the code for the counter here so I can check it, or another staff member can help better. :)

Probably an obvious question but I have to ask, are you logged into your myTDN account when retrieving your counter code? I was able to input the Rainbow Lutari counter with no problems.

That's the HTML code and that won't work in your signature. You need to use the one titled Forums code. If that is still not working for you, you may send me a private message and we can troubleshoot it. I'd copy the code for you here, but each code is specific to each account so the one I have would be specific to my account. :)
