CAV of Gang Green Posted November 19, 2010 Posted November 19, 2010 I secretly enjoy watching romance movies t- Oh, er, uh, I mean, I only watch movies with an average of one explosion per minute. -nervous cough- You all read nothing. :shiftyeyes_smiley: There really isn't anything wrong with that. I personally don't like romances. Several people don't. But that shouldn't discourage you. Quote

CAV of Gang Green Posted November 19, 2010 Posted November 19, 2010 I've got nothing to hide. Therefore, I have nothing to say. Quote
The Score in Blue Posted November 19, 2010 Posted November 19, 2010 I don't think I have anything to hide So I'm guessing that you don't like the Batman movies? Because while they do follow the comic books, some of them actually are more based off the original animated series. I don't like the Batman movies... for unknown reasons. I just don't like them. I like the animated series though. Quote
CAV of Gang Green Posted November 19, 2010 Posted November 19, 2010 I perfectly understand Batman Forever and Batman & Robin. Those movies are terrible, and the latter of which is actually one of the worst movies of all time. Batman 1, Batman Returns were cool. I haven't seen the Adam West Batman movie. Batman Begins was alright. And The Dark Knight tops my list as the greatest film of all time. Quote
Tyler. Posted November 19, 2010 Posted November 19, 2010 dark knight, greatest film of all time? i don't know how did we get on a movie topic? Quote
CAV of Gang Green Posted November 19, 2010 Posted November 19, 2010 We got to movies when a new member asked what movies to rent from Neflix. I should get my Neflix account back. So many movies I want to see. dark knight, greatest film of all time? i don't know That's my opinion. Here's my list of the best movies, in no order, taken from a few pages back: The Dark Knight (this is the top of the list, no matter what) Avatar Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith Indiana Jones (not sure which one) Spiderman 2 Jurassic Park iRobot The Benchwarmers Yes Man The Blind Side E.T. The Extra Terristrial Schiendler's List (forgot how to spell his name) Note that it's not possible for me to see EVERY movie. But I've seen SEVERAL in my lifetime to make this list of my favorites. Quote
Tyler. Posted November 19, 2010 Posted November 19, 2010 all of those movies were good, but Revenge of the Sith will never compare to the original trilogy Quote
-Ryan Posted November 19, 2010 Posted November 19, 2010 I'm not sue but atleast it's not a food topic.... ...Unless I begin a discussion about everyone's favourite candy to get at a movie theater. Quote
Wembly Posted November 19, 2010 Posted November 19, 2010 I went to see Harry Potter at midnight last night and I brought Pretzel M&Ms, Grape PopTarts, and BANANA BREAD! It was awesome. :woot: Quote
FabKiwi06 Posted November 19, 2010 Posted November 19, 2010 I sure got a lot more in my queue after asking about movies... thanks guys =) I keep hoping Mel Brooks will make another movie. I love his stuff. And as far as the snacks while watching... I'll make a bag of microwave popcorn, and if I'm really feeling special I throw a few chocolate chips in while it's still hot. mmmm.... The Score in Blue Posted November 19, 2010 Posted November 19, 2010 I like light buttered popcorn, M&Ms and jaffas :) They taste good. Quote

Tyler. Posted November 19, 2010 Posted November 19, 2010 Poptarts are toaster pastries I haven't been to the movies in forever Quote
-Ryan Posted November 20, 2010 Posted November 20, 2010 You've never had pop tarts? -slaps the nearest owner of an NZ store- Someone needs to buy more stock and do more advertising. -nodnod- Quote
Tyler. Posted November 20, 2010 Posted November 20, 2010 I left poptarts in a toaster for almost an hour today, you can imagine how it turned out xD Quote
CAV of Gang Green Posted November 20, 2010 Posted November 20, 2010 Poptarts are epic. Hot fudge is the best. all of those movies were good, but Revenge of the Sith will never compare to the original trilogy I feel as though the original trilogy is better than the prequel trilogy mostly because Attack of the Clones was so bad that it weighed down the other 2. The Phantom Menace was alright, and Revenge of the Sith is on my list, so that says enough. As trilogy vs. trilogy, the original wins. As a free for all against all 6, Revenge of the Sith easily beats all of them. Return of the Jedi comes close though. I went to see Harry Potter at midnight last night and I brought Pretzel M&Ms, Grape PopTarts, and BANANA BREAD! It was awesome. :woot: I have to wait until next week. My father doesn't want me going on opening weekend. *pouts* Quote

Wembly Posted November 20, 2010 Posted November 20, 2010 At the end of the movie some kid yelled out NOOO! because they were frustrated at where it ended. I laughed at them. So silly. Clearly its going to be cliff hanger ish if its a 2 part movie, duh :king: Quote
