Divya Bean Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm pudding. I like chocolate pudding. But not the kind with the different layers. Quote
CAV of Gang Green Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 The mods are too annoyed with our occasional spam for that... :P And who is to blame for that? *pokes leader whom shall remain unnamed* Quote
The Score in Blue Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 You can get those fruit cups like fruit jelly in a cup that taste all artificial. Those are the ones that taste seriously gross. Quote
Luciana Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 Hey guys, guess who's gonna finish those last three requests on that old art topic I made in August!? :-D I already posted my progress on the first request, woo! p.s. jello is gross. edit- Oh my god it was 1:59 am and then a minute passed and now it's 1:00 am again. I feel like I just traveled through time. :000 Quote
jumpingbeans Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 Yeah! Thanks, Vantas! Also, did you TDNers who need to change their clocks back one hour? Quote
CAV of Gang Green Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 Most of my clocks are set to automatically change for dailights savings time. The only exception is the PSP and Wii, because they have no such option. My father didn't notice the time change, so I went to bed at 2 AM (3 AM if time didn't change). Quote
jumpingbeans Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 Only my computer and my TV do; we've got to change the rest manually. Quote
Tyler. Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 I just changed my phone, but I have a lot of clocks Quote
-Ryan Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 Wait, CAV, whats our time diference now? 2 hours or 4 hours? Quote
CAV of Gang Green Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 3 hours still. If time goes back an hour in EST, the same will happen for PST. Quote
Divya Bean Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 *laughs* Ryan, you are silly. xD I love this time change because you get to sleep an extra hour. Quote
CAV of Gang Green Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 I like it cause I get to sleep less. Quote
Spritzie Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 I'm pretty sure that people buy it premade, no water needed. My family never bought the premade, unless it was for lunches. We always made our own. (My parents liked putting pieces of fruit in theirs.) I knew about the time change, but right now, we don't have any clocks other than cell phones at our place, so they changed automatically. Quote
jumpingbeans Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 Me and my family have a tradition, where, every Christmas and Thanksgiving (and I think Easter too) we make our special Green Jello Salad, which is Green Jello with pineapple. Quote
Spritzie Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 Me and my family have a tradition, where, every Christmas and Thanksgiving (and I think Easter too) we make our special Green Jello Salad, which is Green Jello with pineapple. My family makes a jelly fruit salad type thing, with pieces of pineapple and oranges, with orange/pineapple jello powder, cottage cheese, and Cool Whip. It's amazing. Everyone always asks for the recipe. Quote
CAV of Gang Green Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 My father doesn't care for Christmas. If he didn't have children, he would treat it like a normal day. No gifts, no decoration, no nothing. Same with my mother. But once I was born, my mother had a change of heart about it. It was shown even more so 4 years later when my little brother was born, 4 days before Christmas. But now she's dead. My father barely celebrates Christmas, and the only reason he does so is for the sake of me and my brother. Quote
-Ryan Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 But AZ dosen't do daylight savings time. It's 12:54 p.m. right now, and it was 12:54 p.m. at the exact same time yesterday... :P Quote
Spritzie Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 But AZ dosen't do daylight savings time. It's 12:54 p.m. right now, and it was 12:54 p.m. at the exact same time yesterday... :P That's always confused me. My cousin lives in AZ. Quote
Rae Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 Wait.... so some states don't do daylight savings time? How is that even possible? Wouldn't that mess with the time zones? Quote
Tyler. Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 I think it's because it's for farmers and no one farms in AZ Quote
jumpingbeans Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 It's the same in Saskatchewan. They don't do Daylight Savings either. It's very confusing... Quote
livvy Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 But even if it were for the farmers, it still doesn't make sense. Farmers operate by the sun, not the clock. Cows don't give a flying fadoodle about whether or not it's 8AM or 7AM, they still want to be fed. Quote
jumpingbeans Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 What exactly is a 'fadoodle', livvy? But I'd think Farmers would go by a watch. Quote
CAV of Gang Green Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 I think it's because it's for farmers and no one farms in AZ It's not for farmers. It's for saving energy. During the summer, the sun sets later than it does during the winter. So we change the time during the spring and summer to an hour ahead so we don't have to have the lights on in our houses. During the winter, it's changed to an hour back. Why do you think dalights savings time was started earlier this year, and ended later. DST usually ends on Halloween, but it ended an entire week later. Quote
livvy Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 A fadoodle is like a really random fasketch, which is kind of like an unfinished fadrawing. Quote
