Is it just me whose slightly peeved by the introduction of neocash into the new game?

No, I've joined the club aswell. I think it's not very fair on the masses of people who don't have any NeoCash(Like me).

Because, Viacom wants more money. So they're gonna make Neopets into a profit business. They own several other companies, so they should get more than enough money from them.

 

But I'm not going to repeat myself about this.

It's a great game, and a great idea but hinders players who don't have access to the $$ for extra maps etc.

Kind of annoying.

 

Secondly, I'm pretty sure any company/investment is in the game of attempting to make a profit. Not sure why that's being held over their heads.

I was ok with the NC Mall. But now everything on the site links to paying actual money. And this is sickening.

The game itself is really fun and I LOVE it!

 

But I refuse to spend real money for a single game just to "unlock" other stuff that I don't even need to already enjoy the game fully V.V

Well, the game is great...

I mean, even with the basic maps and towers, you can have plenty of fun with it.

 

As far as spending real money for it... renting towers for 30 days is not something I'm planning to do for now... Seems like a bad investment unless you send 3 scores a day for the whole 30 days. I'm not sure if they give real advantage anyway.

 

On the hard map, I was able to reach wave 49 XD.

Personally, I find the new game excessively boring and after playing it once, will never play it again but I really don't mind that they have one game that if you want extra stuff you can pay for it. Most of the other games only have 3 or so rounds or phases anyway. The game still works without money so I really can't fault them for wanting to charge money for extra content. Most other games out there do the same thing, its just the way a capitalistic society works.

I love this game!

I beat all three given maps with Meridell yesterday, and did so with Darigan today. Both times I scored 104,597 though on hard. I'm guessing you might have to buy the NC maps to score higher, like those 200k scores. (Don't quote me on this, I don't really know)

I could maybe understand if they made you pay money in order to play, but this isn't the case at all.

They're not making you purchase anything in order to play.
