Masaryk Posted November 23, 2009 Share Posted November 23, 2009 I don't really think this plot step is all that bad. It's much less time-consuming than the Graveyard in the Tale of Woe plot. I spent many, many hours, across several days, mixing potions, digging graves, and testing bones. I think that I still have 20 spooky donuts that I had dug out of graves during this step. My biggest complaint about this plot step is that the prizes are predetermined. It doesn't seem like we're earning plot points, so we're working toward earning specific items. It really feels like a mini-plot, which is fine, I guess. I had been hoping for a real plot, though. Unfortunately you're still way under. The prizes change each day and you must consecutively do more "fixes" of the machine. The number of tries resets each day, so if you've done them all thus far you should have played ~ 90 times. Not sure if you've gotten *any* prizes to begin with..
