(really only with old old stuff that's hard to find or on an obsolete format, such as the 5 inch floppy) The only time I pay the full price is if i've been waiting for it for a few years or I have a gift card to cover most of the cost. back on topic LCD monitors, their not filled with lead and they don't shoot radiation at you, both good things.
