I thought it would be fun to vote for everything :P

Basically, I'm playing for a bit of everything.

You won't get in trouble for that. It's the error of the shop owner, and too bad for them. Or maybe they just wanted to be nice when they set the price so low. You never know ;)

There is a user here (sorry I cannot recall your name) who spent a lot of money on nerkmids to use.

In the end, they not only got their money back but made a huge profit.

I'd wager that if you're just going to use a nerkmid whenever you win one, it's probably more profitable to sell. That said, I won a nerkmid and sold it to a staff member here. They won another nerkmid and won a trophy -__- (I STILL LOVE YOU)

TNT try to balance things between puzzle and battle in general. They put a cap to the amount of battle that counts towards plot points too. Just do as much as possible, and you should get decent prizes in the end.

Putting the exact amount of NP we have would be hacker bait. People would see a solid number and be inclined to try and get it, or they'd beg for it and clog up the ALP's inbox, or they'd want to try and scam us (not that anyone on the staff would fall for a scam). It's also likely to cause people to complain because that's what people do. The percentage says, to the general mind, "a really big number". An exact number brings to mind "they have X more than me" or "I could get Y items with that". And when people see the latter, the less savory out there want to try and get it.

Nope! Don't worry, it's just like if you forgot you had done a daily, and then gone back and had the "aleady done this daily" message. Despite the page not loading on your end, it's being recorded that you clicked to get your prize, so when you click it again, it just tells you that you've already done this daily. You have your prize, so it's all good. :)

Premium Scratchcards count as part of your inventory, though I don't think you'd forget to scratch 19 of them. Worth a check though, if you're still premium.

They should send you a neomail when your score is officially approved. Sometimes they get backed up--I know it took them a while to get to my most recent Snowbeast Snackrifice one. It took them three days, I think.

I think you'll probably be fine--it will be approved.

On the first of every month, they delete all the high scores. That's why there is always a big rush to send scores on January 1st, February 1st, etc. If you are very good but not one of the best, you are more likely to be in the high score table. So they clear out the scores to give everyone a chance.

    Not just you!

    From the TNT neoboard:

    8 Jan 2013 - 5:36 pm

Hello! We know some of you are waiting for your Gift of NC rewards today and we're sorry for the delay! Our magical scripts that find everyone who is eligible and calculate the proper rewards are taking a bit longer to run than expected. We thought they might make a last minute push for completion today, but it isn't so. We'll start sending out that bonus NC tomorrow.

If you're not sure if you're eligible for the bonus NC (and, thus, to be annoyed with us for the delay), visit the Gift of NC page to check! Bonus NC is granted for qualifying NC item purchases made between 11/30 and 1/3. http://ncmall.neopet...=&cat=#giftofnc

Last time I gave tips to someone, I ended up applying on jobs again and actually got a job!

Anyway. Try not to make it too long. 1 page, 2 pages maximum.

    Mine goes like this:

    Work experiences

    Job title Dates
    Company

Major tasks I was doing in that position. (e.g. Receiving service calls by phone, fax and email.)
I put one task per line, and try to keep it to maximum 3-4 major tasks per job.

    Education

    Title of the formation Dates
Name of the place where I was studying

Don't go back too far with your education... you don't need to state that you finished elementary school for instance. XD (Yes I have seen that on resumé before!)

Make sure to understand the job(s) you are applying on. Re-use keywords from their ads! And you will also want to write a letter to go with your resumé that target a specific position and job. Show them why you are awesome, based on what they are looking for. You have to be confident in yourself!!!

Remember that the objective is to get them to call you and have a chance to meet them in person.
Depending what you are targetting, don't hesitate to play with fonts and even add a touch of color. Recruiters are likely to receive a fair pile of boring resumés to read. Make sure yours grab their attention in a way or another.

Also, have someone proofreading it before you send it to recruiters. ;)

Xepha got a reaction from Emily in Does anybody know of a quick and non-cheating way to make NP?
Seriously, I've won like 1M+ from Food Club this past week. My account is older than yours, so taken that you would have followed Tracy's bets like I did, I think you would have racked 500-600k in a week. :P And that's a totally no effort income too. You just take 3min of your times to make 10 bets every day.

A slower, but still awesome, way to make NP is to invest 15,000 in the Stock Market every day and sell for a profit. That does take longer, but it's fun and effortless as well. ;)
