I really like the name Tyranatar!  I don't think the 86 detracts from it at all!

I have what I consider to be some really well-named pets, and what many would consider to be some really bad ones, lol.  My first ever pet is named 1Dash_L.  I hit the trifecta (quadrafecta?) of weirdly unpronounceable, underscore, number, and random dangling letter.  I can't even remember why I chose to add the 1.   Luckily for me, underscores and numbers have never bothered me much, and I love Dash and would never, ever give him up.  I'm not even sure I'd change his name if I got the chance.  I wanted him to be unique, and that obviously worked, lol.

Yay, thank you!  Okay, but here was the secret: I changed out one of my worm-infested cheeses to a regular cheese, put it between the 2 drackonacks, had the worm-infested cheese on one side, and the vegan cheese on the other.  So it went, wormy cheese, drackonack, cheese, drackonack, vegan cheese.  And the cheese in the middle was the one that got eaten, in about a minute of refreshing.  So the cheese and vegan cheese combo really seems to be the secret.

Thanks all, I think I may have to try changing out my cheeses again.  I had a cheese something omelette and some other kind of cheese before too, and that wasn't working, so now I've got the cheap wormy cheese options, but I think I might have to spring for the vegan cheese.  2 months is too long to keep trying to get these Dracks to eat!  I want them out of my inventory, lol.

I know this is a super-old thread, but if anybody's around, help!  I've been trying to get this avatar for the last 2 months now.  Have 2 Dracks, 3 cheeses, alternating, nothing else in the inventory.  One of my cheeses got randomly zapped into a pile of sludge once, but no bites.  Has anybody gotten this avatar recently or know what I'm doing wrong? (I'm using 2 wormy cheeses and an egg and cheese sandwich.)  

Or do I just keep on refreshin'...

So far Perri my pound rescue has gotten fuzzitus, but no color or stat changes.  I haven't seen the sparkly screen at all.  And we've gotten a blank blue tome, a blank violet tome, Ancient Arcana, Not-So-Disgusting Dung Uses, and Hagan's secrets.  Until I went to the boards, I thought this event just gave out books! 

Hey, what's up, haunties?  This is my first time participating in AC too! I have to admit, it's already starting to pale a bit.  I do not like yooyu ball much, lol.  I've been playing a lot of SoSD.  I'm up to rank 5, but I'm not sure I'm going to make my goal of rank 16.  We'll see, there's still time!

It took me several years, but it turned out to be at 4-something am.  RL time, lol.  I'm not sure if I'll ever dip any of my pets either, but you never know.  Maybe while I save for a really expensive paintbrush.

Welcome to the site--love your art!  I'm into art too, but also the paper or canvas kind.  I look like a kindergartener on digital tools, lol.

Seekers are my favorite faction too.  I wasn't a serious avatar collector before I came back to Neopets this year, so I didn't even notice that I still needed 2 avatars from the skirmishes.  Now that I'm seriously collecting them, it seems worth it to throw over my favorite faction to try to get the last 2.  The others I won by accident when playing for a random faction when the Seekers weren't offered as a choice, but I apparently never pick the Brute squad or Awakened, lol.  Luckily for me, the skirmishes are still going on years later and I can catch up!

I have to go with Awakened because I still need that avatar.  I don't like them, lol, but I hope they win this time so I don't have to join them again!

I'm thinking the Thieves might be really popular though since it's been so long since they've been a choice, and a lot of people on the neoboards have been saying they still need that avatar.   

One of the CC perks was to change your pet to a different species, so they changed their grape chia to a lutari, which is a non-existent combo.  Or now it's maybe the only one in existence. It would be so cool if TNT made those impossible pets an option just so they can have art instead of just a gear.  That would be a perk worth purchasing!

I lol'd about the grape lutari eating the grape chia.  They do look sort of snakey with their long thin bodies...

I haven't chosen a team before in the AC, and I'm kind of excited to join in this year! My favorite place is the Haunted Woods, and I like the black and orange so I'm leaning that way, but I'm interested to see what the teams' players and adverts are like too.  I have seen a lot of arguments for the purple Darigan team though, so colors work as a deciding factor too

It's just called 'infirmary'. It's the one that flashes past all 4 patients in their beds.
