So guys, I got the Turmy avatar yesterday!! Just 3 months after switching to a calorific pet pet, lojoco did the same and got it after a few months too!!
... think there really IS something to this?!
Scoobs, if you read this, I'm not excluding you, I just felt it'd be poor taste to ping you to this thread because of your past history with Turmy. ?
 

It's good to see Granny has a sense of humor. I thought it was an entertaining April Fool's joke.

I've been wondering that myself. I've been seeing (or rather not seeing - badaboom!) them broken for well over a month now. Quite sad really *sniff*

Oh..  Ummm.... I think this might be the April Fools joke... They typically always run one, and a lot of them seem unreasonable.
Case in point: Get exclusive access to the Hidden Tower during its stock-taking shut down hours to grab an item and make off with it before anyone notices it’s gone! 
Which could be a 10 Mil+ np valued item
I could be wrong, but this seems like too much to not be a joke.  Sorry to burst your bubble

Strawberry is cute, Oil Painting's a wee bit OTT for me, a teensy bit hot mess... I like how the face looks, that's really rather nice, the belly's cool too, but that dark blue/purple is a bit over-powering and it unbalances things. If I had this Scorchio I'd definitely be covering most of it up with clothes. ?
Yeah I'm seeing if I can do that on DTI, lol, this paint brush is gonna be EXTREMELY hard to customise, but then that's no surprise to anyone, is it!

Lol I failed at this screenshot, BUT! I was not expecting this one today, so that's kind of nice. Almost makes up for the fact that I totally forgot February 1st happened and missed playing any games that day for a shot at trophies. O well.

The food almost looks nice, but also kind of like it's been run over.

Actual Sand Dabs also look kind of like they've been run over. ?
The neo version could definitely have done with filling the plate a little more though, couldn't it, a wedge of lemon in that empty space would have helped a lot, and less tight with the garnish. I've noticed that with a number of the newer plated food items, the serving size is often real stingy!
Food looks better when it's drawn big enough to fill the plate!
