I personally like the  "freeze opponents" and the "goal expansion the most. The "speed boost" comes third and lastly is the "giant power-up.

Mine's pretty much the same, except maybe I like the speed boost a little more than the goal expansion one. I don't really care for the giant one and freeze is definitely the best, because I'm not very good at dodging.
