Well I've decided to go with the brute squad, looks like they're the most popular vote for this round so I hope they win so we can get the avatar and theme! :rolleyes_anim:

A lot of the game ones are like impossible for me because most of them I'm not good at and the score for the game avatar is so high compared to the score i get in the game, but just gotta keep trying. For me Eliv Thade was pretty easy just time consuming and i used an anagram finder to unscramble the words.

 

I'm kind of an avatar addict now, thanks to my boyfriend. He has lots more than I do so I'm just trying to catch up. For the Obelisk war I'm still undecided for what faction to choose but I think I'm leaning more for the Brutes, seems to be the most popular vote right now.

I refreshed for about an hour to try to get the doomed avatar and didnt get it so good for you ... I will have another go tonight sigh ..

 

I DID get the lucky avatar this week though which is brilliant so Im going round singing that song hee hee

Haha, thanks! I'm still trying to get more, like the cheese roller, bilge dice, bon appetit and a few others. It took me a long time to get the doomed one. I went on multiple days and refreshed like crazy and didn't get anything so just keep trying, you'll get it soon!

As of right now it seems that a few more people are going for the awakened than the brutes, looks like I'm going to have to wait and see what happens in a couple hours and see which faction people are choosing. I really want to get the avatars and site themes, hopefully I can choose the right faction this time.

this is a very hard decision to make, i am still unsure what faction i should choose. As of right now from everything I've read it seems like it's pretty even between the awakened and the brutes. hopefully one or the other will have a clear majority soon so it will be easier to choose.

YAYYY! thank god I didn't have to do tons of quests to get this avatar, so happyyyy :woot: got the avatar on a three item quest right after i did a one item quest for edna, only paid 3,500 neopoints for everything!

 

&& I just got Mortog Smooch. I was using the sequence 1, 2, 4, 3 for the longest time and it wasn't working out, so I decided to look around and see what others were saying and it seemed like the sequence 1, 1, 2, 4 was working out for most people so I tried it and on my 7th try I got the avatar! :thumbsup:

And since sign-ups started today i tried all the practice games, and I think I'm going to be practicing a lot in the next few days because I have no idea what's going on in some of them :P I'm still super excited for the Altador Cup to actually start and to play all the games and see how much points we can all get!

I'm rooting for Krawk Island! This will be my first Altador Cup so I'm super excited to see what it's all about. I looked at the stats from the previous Altador Cups and I think that Krawk Island has a pretty good team and a pretty good chance of doing well this year! But mostly I'm just looking forward to having lots of fun

Super happy the order finally won! (i know I'm a little late on the celebrating, just joined the forums :P) i chose the cartogriphication boon and so far it really hasn't paid off for me yet.. I've gotten the 10000 np quite often before just on my own and now that i have this boon i can't seem to get anything good :thumbsdown: maybe I should have chosen something else..? how is everyone elses boons going??

 

On a side note, when the time comes to choose another faction which should we choose? If it's out of the three that have already won, which faction should we choose? or if there's a choice to choose a faction that hasn't won yet would it be a better idea to go with that faction, are they more likely to win? I don't know what to do. :worried:

I'm new to the forums, but not new to tdn. I've never really posted on any forums before so this is a little weird :P

 

I joined because my boyfriends always on this and learns new things before I do and I got jealous. So now that I'm on I will be asking lots of questions and hopefully finding out things faster than my boyfriend does! :laughingsmiley:
