I'm on the hunt for the best way to get the Techo Cheesy Avatar, but the information I've seen out there about what the best cheeses and best actions are seems like a lot of hear-say to me. I would like to get some statistical evidence for what the best cheese + best action combination is to get a score of 60 or below to increase your chances of getting the avatar. To get these statistics, I need help from you! Please select one cheese and only one action to play the game, if you want to help me on this cheesy quest. ^_^ You can only play three times a day, so the most statistics you can send me are three numbers. The numbers that I want are how many seconds it took you to finish the game.

I would really appreciate your help in this endeavor! I would prefer to have posts in this topic as opposed to neomails, because neomails are automatically deleted after a month, and I may not log in to neopets that often anymore.

If you say you weren't cheating, then there's no harm in sending them a ticket. Be sure to provide full disclosure as well as every detail you can remember about your account. They have to make sure they're returning the account to the right person (because they will reset the account's password and send it to you via email) - they're not likely to unfreeze for someone they're not sure is the account's owner. I've been frozen once "for cheating" as well - I sent them a ticket explaining that I hadn't done anything to break the rules, as well as provide them concrete proof that I was the account's owner. Eventually I got my account back unscathed :) TNT isn't completely unreasonable, it may have just been a mistake.

I don't usually listen to Empress, either, because she always tends to say the same thing.
 
Maybe it has to do with getting over level fifty? It seems like I've had one get over 50 in the past, but I may have not had the other stats trained up enough, or perhaps it's new since then.

What did TNT say in their NM to you when you were silenced? They at least have a reason, even if it's not always a good one.
 
For NMs, TNT's mods have to go in and look at your specific NMs to see if anything bad but not filtered has been said. The boards are public and thus they can see everything. You have to realize that, despite what everyone thinks, TNT only uses real people to monitor the boards. It's quite literally impossible with our current technology to have a bot with an AI powerful enough to make proper modding decisions, espically given the subjectiveness of almost every offense. The only way programs are involved is for the bad word filters. The mods can't magically know "Oh, this person used this combination of innocent words in a bad manner!" in an NM, since they can't just see any and all of them offhand.
 
As for the "I love you", that depends entirely on context and location... if said on the boards, it'd get noticed and yes, likely warned or some such if said outright without anything else like "Yay thanks for *item* it's so awesome I love you for that!!" or something that makes it clear that it's not romantic. There are some things where it's got to be all or nothing, espically due to those "give an inch take a mile" people.

If you spin every day, I can see how it would be a loss, but I've made 5-6m off of it.
 
I only spin randomly and got a Maraquan PB from it. A staffer here also got a weapon worth 15m-20m if I recall correctly.
 
If you've got NPs to spare, I'd risk it. If you're just spinning for a specific reason (avatar/item) it's likely not worth it at all.

Actually, I'm keeping a log of the wheels, and Wheel of Monotony and Wheel of Excitement are both also clearly profitable (though Mediocrity does have the best payout). Wheel of Knowledge is profitable, I think, in the long term, but I don't have enough spins to confirm that for sure yet.
 
I am not testing Wheel of Extravagance because it's clearly not -- when it first came out, it just about broke even (I kept a log at the time, though that died with my old hard drive), but that was before the stamp, background, nerkmids, and codestones deflated so much. (And it only broke even for me because I was training at 8 regular codestones. Once I got the avatar, I stopped because it was barely breaking even, you couldn't choose the stats, and prices were rapidly deflating. Assuming the probabilities of the various wins are the same, prices have deflated so much that it's quite clearly a loss.) I'm also not testing Wheel of Misfortune because I'm pretty sure that one is not profitable, as well, and there are too many bad results on it for me to want to find out for sure.

When you're applying for items or pet chains, please make sure we can contact you. This means inputting your neopets username properly, or providing us with an alternate means of communication in your application (TDN Forums account name is preferable) if you cannot receive Neomails (silenced, under 13, can only receive from Neofriends, etc). Also, be sure your inbox isn't full, as this will also obviously keep us from being able to contact you.
 
If we cannot contact you, we have to delete your request, and you'll have no way of knowing because we can't contact you :(

Why don't you create a post with your potential solution here? That way you can get a lot of testers and have a place to keep all the results.
 
I'm on level 4 of tournament 12 and would love to finally get this avatar. I'm sure there are a lot of others here who would too.

Short answer is no you can't buy Neopoints. It is strictly against Neopets rules and shouldn't be discussed on the forums.

Nope! As long as you've donated the minimum (21 NP) or above then you've got an equal chance with everybody else. It's completely luck based.

Hello all!

This is just a reminder that the following chains include avatars that are obtained by feeding the pet in question a specific type of item:

"Coconut Jubjub" & "Snicklebeast" (any Tropical Food) "Jetsam Chomp!" & "Quadrapus" (an Aquatic Petpet) "Pink!" & "Mazzew" (any item with the word "popcorn" in the name)  
Because of this, these pets are frequently kept hungry when the chains start. Please do not put these pets in the neolodge! This prevents other chainers from feeding these pets and obtaining the avatars.

Resold a Cloud Wocky Morphing Potion for the same as I bought it for on the TP. I'm just glad I got my NP back. XD Short story: basically I wanted a Wocky; that's the cheapest Wocky MP. So I bought one. But then I realised that I wanted a female Wocky (I was going to turn one of my other - male - pets into one) because of the Royal colour, so I facepalmed for a while and contemplated making a new Wocky. THEN, I realised, wow, I'm dumb. I had a female Wocky sitting on a side account. So in the end I didn't need the Cloud Wocky MP at all. Whoops. :rolleyes_anim:

It's a way for BDers to evaluate differently trained pets to make 2 player battling a little more fair.
When pets are evenly trained across the board, it's pretty easy to see when pets are on the same footing, but when you have lab trained pets that are super low in defence, average in strength, and really high in health, it can be really hard to tell. So that's what the league calculators do. It's completely user made, rather than designed by TNT, and creates leagues to break up BDers into levels, the same way most sports have weight classes.
 
I've seen some petpages that have little icons you can put on your pets lookup stating what their league is, and when the BD chat or BD guilds start competitions, they generally use leagues. :)

As long as you send one before it retires, you should get the bonus :) The bonuses are usually released at midnight when the event ends.
