And it's great to have you back! So how have you been, besides being sick? Did anything ever come out of your gluten challenge?

Awshucks :* hehe. I've been alright thanks, I'm actually still eating gluten to get a good reading from the tests but it's not affecting me in the same way. I think the main culprit might actually be corn, since I've ingested it whilst doing this challenge and that's the only time I've felt *really* terrible, so I've stopped eating that. I read online that if you've been gluten free for a number of months it takes weeks to get it back into your blood properly,...
