Yep, five points per shard if collected on the first day. 1 point per shard if collected after. Five shards per day. So I have 30 points as I didn't pick up on the event until today, so 'missed' yesterdays shards. I could collect them today, but only got one point for them. Anyone else already plotting prizes? I want the Faerie P2PB as a definite. I've been after one of those forever! I'm looking at one of the BD items as a second main prize; either the shield or the bomb. And then the stamp for selling purposes. I'll have 155 points I think if I get to it every day after missing the first day.

@Aquamentis12 Exciting developments with this mini-plot! Considering that I haven't really been playing and therefore have bought none of my unbuyables, do you thing the Faerie Shield or the new bomb is the best investment of points? The shield is exciting, but Hubrid Nox still looks better. The bomb would possibly prevent me having to spend anything on the Ghostkerchief Bomb as part of the set! @mods Hopefully this is ok to bump. The new plot prizes are indirectly related to the original question, so it seemed more sensible to bump this thread with the question rather than creating a new thread and having to post the back-story of the kit buying.

The new dyeworks being sold in the Mall helped though - those wings were an absolute must have!! I also grabbed the Christmas tree, mermaid tail and Drink of Celebration. I might grab a couple for my side as they're a steal at 150NC. Hah, I have similar with Sunsands. I wanted the name and need to decide whether she's a Woodland Kau (with the sunflower custom) or a Desert something... I'm veering to the Woodland Kau at present. But as she's currently a base Kyrii, I just stuck whatever was left on her. Although those raindorfs are adorable! I love the little red riding hood cape on Bayinah!!

I've taken this advice for my Christmas custom now... better late than never!

At least on my main... I was scraping the barrel of my winter custom items by the end, but I'm reasonably pleased!

If you put four in your basket, right click on the image and click 'inspect'. In the bar that comes up on the right, look at <img id= The two numbers are 84406 and 84577, so just make sure you have one of each. They don't put NC on sale - although I'd advise buying from the outside sellers as you get more bang for your buck and they sometimes run sales. But items do go on sales - GBC's, and cookies usually and pet slots were on sale earlier this month for the birthday. 40 FFQ's gave me just shy of a year at 360 days worth. So 41 if you want to be really thorough. At 50NC a piece, it's... 2000NC for a years worth in the sale and they are something I've been using frequently. I'm gonna have to buy some more NC, I fear. I have bought baby capsules as well, and I'm definitely running low. Probably won't partake in Christmas stocking thing though as the items were lacklustre last year. Didn't do Halloween either...

I've spent way too many hours collecting that stuff for CC. It'll be a cold night in hell before I donate it!

Anybody else partake? I've been 'fairly' restrained this year as I still have GBC's from two years ago. So I've bought enough FQC's for a year (well, 360 days, but given how on-off I've been it's probably two years!) and two of the MME's with different codes so I get all the items...

Same! I've never had a 'true' RE FFQ Dip! I got annoyed to begin with as it was messing up my ability to search. I had to read the Fountain bit three times before I clicked that it was real! Thanks! Gotta love the mutants. I've managed to build up my collection over the last year due to FQC's! I have need to add a Vandy next as they are just hideous. I've got a Pteri, Ixi and Peophin to morph as well, but they're far cheaper.

Spending way too much time SSW'ing 6 point items for CC. And who'd have thunk it: I think that's my Mutant Poogle sorted! And that's my last 'big' mutant pet sorted! I've also got a FQ Cookie open but this one was an actual legitimate random event! I got the grey faerie and health points out of the cookie!

That would be... logic. No, no it doesn't. They will happily take your money and keep you banned. And if you dare do a chargeback, they will ban you permanently for costing them money.

If they give a sale price, I might bite. But honestly, the longer I get used to not having it, the less likely I am to actually re-purchase. So if the sale comes around before mid-November, nostalgia might win out. Wait too long after that and I'll be wondering if it's really worth it for a SSW I don't really use (I re-stock like monthly as I find it boring), extra pet slots (that I will miss, I admit) and easy np farming through Jetsam (that I often forget to do because remembering to log on doesn't come instinctively when there's so little else to do). You're unlikely to get your two weeks re-imbursed though. Perhaps try and ask for them to add two weeks to the end of your renewal? And yep, I love my pets. But the site has become boring...

My renewal comes up next month and I've been getting increasingly antsy about not remembering to cancel and getting charged full price as the sale price still hasn't appeared. I'm only spending about half an hour a day on the site max. There's virtually nothing to do. I go on, do my dailies (when I remember), occasionally buy NC stuff - I'm eyeing up those Halloween grams - and then... log off. That's not worth £60. It's probably not worth the sale price, but I'm a sucker for nostalgia and I'd pay it. I'm not even willing to buy more NC at this point - I have some leftover on my main, but I've been eyeing up more pet slots on my sides and cannot justify spending real money on the site. If the sale had come out and I'm already purchased another year, maybe - in for a penny, in for a pound and all that. But I'm not even going to have that next month! They must be losing bucket loads of people as I can't be the only one not willing to pay full price for a half broken site. It's sad, as when I came back during the first lockdown I'd spend hours on the site playing the Flash games, getting involved in events and going from no NC to a full closet of NC items (spending way too much money in the process). I happily paid full price for Premium then. Whereas now... well... it's a 50/50 gamble if I remember to do my dailies.

Oof. Another one? And it sounds awful. I hate PvP games with a passion. I used to really enjoy things like Clash of Clans and there was a Viking game I got into. But to keep my village 'protected' I had to spend real money and I quickly got bored when I logged back in and someone had hit me for resources or damaged my structures. Meh. My 'short' answer on the questionnaire: It sounds like a terrible idea. First of all, the main website needs the attention not a parade of quickly abandoned mobile games. Second, it's focus is on destruction rather than co-operation. Third, there are too many elements making it messy and unfocused. Finally, there is no mention of game to site rewards. If you really want a town building game to work, make it like Habitarium. Players build up their little world, can visit other worlds and help - not destroy. Work with your player base; there's no point trying to compete with a competitive PvP game like Clash of Clans. But the Neopets fan base would absolutely back something like Habitarium. 1. Make it a co-operative building game rather than a PvP build and destroy game. 2. Get rid of the slots idea. It's a added tack on that brings no added benefit to the game. 3. Include tradable rewards on the main Neopets site providing accounts are linked. Stamps, backgrounds, wearables etc are always popular. Straight neopoints for daily tasks would also work.

I like most of the mutants as well. Depending on how many slots I end up with on that account, I'd be tempted by the Chomby, Uni, Gelert, Lupe and Vandy (just because of how ridiculous they are!). But that would put me at 12 pets on that account!

Well, that's a turn up for the books! Second FFQ out of the same FQC!! So I now have my Mutant Acara as well! I was toying with the Poogle as I have 22 hours to create a Poogle apparently. But the Poogle MP is fairly cheap as I recall... actually I may create one for the account anyway. Can always paint it later! And as I created it, I can ping him across today to customise! I pinged the BG and foreground across from duplicates in my SDB. The background does work remarkably well considering that it was a whack whatever slim pickings I have in the closet on her! Ixi is also on my list. I want Pteri, Peophin, Ixi and Poogle (need at least one more pet slot as I now have Lutari, Jetsam and Acara!). There's one Ixi Transmog Potion on the TP at the moment, but I dread to think what they want for it! And thank ye!

And one fully customised mutant Lutari! I need to add some backgrounds and foregrounds to that account really. I've got quite a lot of mutant wearables, but very little of anything else!

I shifted LovelyMassacre to my main as I got a Desert Vandy zap and wanted the clothes. But there should be an extra pet there as well. I have 11 slots on that account currently, so I can continue adding for a little while yet!
