So I was looking at the votes, because I wanted to start closing the round, and... a four-way tie for second place??? Seriously??? I always dread closing rounds with ties anyway (the editing software of this message board is not kind to aligning text and images), but a four-way tie in a round with two entries per person?!? Even if I "break" the tie, I'd end up either with a 3-way tie for 3rd place, or two 2-way ties. (Or even more, if I'd vote for #1 as well.) I... I'm going to wait a bit to see if we get any more votes (and also try to think of a good way to close this round), so there's a good chance I won't close it today. My apologies!

Just looking through these again and I'm so mad at myself for not managing my own entry. My voting this time hasn't been overly helpful as I voted for everyone they're all so good. I wonder who I could have come up with for a different duo though... because Howl and Sophie was the only other possible my brain provided me with, I was kicking myself, repeatedly, when I saw the entries. x'D Me too! Storm and Wolverine Pretty tough finding a pet for him, because both the hair and the claws display so differently on different species, also tough finding a background that worked with the overall vibe, and the claw didn't just blend into. SO tempted by the Kacheek, simply because it looks so ridiculous. the claw just wasn't cutting it though *groan* sorry... I'll get my coat...

What's up with people donating a lot of the same small amount of neopoints at the money tree so it's full of it that happens every now and then? Has it some kind of meaning to it? I'm curious.

I did Awakened because I saw they were tied with Brute Squad, but in my opinion they have access to better boons so hopefully more people will choose them.

Oof.. That's a definite yeouch moment then!! And I clearly missed that scandel in my long hiatus!

It's actually mostly milk and sugar. Here's the recipe: 500ml milk 3 medium sized eggs (or 4 smaller ones) 250g sugar 3 packages of vanilla sugar (each package is about 7 gram here) 150g of self-raising flour Separate the egg yolk from the whites. Mix all the dry ingredients first and then add the wet ingredients to it except for the egg whites (for now). Beat the egg whites to snow until you can hold the container upside down without them pouring out. Then stir it gently with the rest. Butter your tin and sprinkle it with some self-raising flour. Make sure to pick a tin that won't leak! The batter is very liquid at this stage. Add the batter to the tin and bake for 40 minutes at 200°C. After baking, you can place the pie (gently) upside down on a roster to cool down. Make sure it's well baked before flipping it or you'll have a messy kitchen The upside down is to make sure that some moisture still in the cake at the bottom will distribute to the top, making the whole cake moist again. The roster will leave it's figure in the top. After cooling down, you can sprinkle it with some powdered sugar or add whipped cream. It's not really hard to make but if you mess up you can easily get a messy kitchen at 3 stages: 1. If your egg whites aren't beaten enough and you hold them upside down to check 2. If your tin isn't leak proof your batter will just go everywhere. Maybe you can test it with water before hand? If water can stay in for at least an hour without leaking it should be okay I guess? I used a flexible pie tin instead of a metal one. 3. If your cake isn't baked long enough or warm enough and you didn't check before flipping your pie to cool (Check it by using a fork, if it comes out clean it should be okay, if it comes out wet bake it some more.) 2 out of those 3 has happened to me when I first tried to make this pie. Luckily it hasn't happened this time! (I've never messed up with the egg whites).

it's people being jerks. or just one person right now, but wow are they dedicated! Earlier this year a bunch of people started doing it, I think because of complaints about rubbish on the tree, but I can't actually remember. But once people started making boards complaining about the 6 NPs, people did it all the more! I heard that was a guild dedicated to it. This current name I've not seen doing this before, but they're certainly making up for lost time. xD

I'd also be curious to know! I interpret it as sadism (like, someone enjoys annoying people), but I could be wrong.
