bonnie_morrison Posted April 16, 2023 Share Posted April 16, 2023 these items are all specific to a certain neopet, so they will not show up if your neopet is not the one the item was designed for-for example you have a Kau highlighted and your hat is only for Mynci's, your glasses are for Jetsams, etc. So unless you have any of these item specific neopets, they will not appear in the customization, only items made for all neopets or in this case specific to a Kau.
