Just got a random event I've never had before

So, I was very surprised to see there existed and event like this one. And since it's my first time I'm guessing this one doesn't happen as often as others, does it?

I mean the most i got was ONE codestone (usually it’s Bri) but i didn’t see this one before as well. Congrats
