L&L Avie and Trophies

May I ask when does TNT issue the avie and trophies for L&L Crossover Challenges?

Coz I still haven't received my avie and trophies for both Challenges in March and April.

Is it just me, or all of you still haven't got them yet?

I got mine from like February, but it was kind of late, I had forgotten about it, but they did mail it to me.

I didn't even notice they weren't being rewarded. I had the avatar in October when it was released. I just checked and my trophy count is still on 5. That means I haven't received the trophy for March or April either. Maybe it's bugged and they don't know. You could try sending a ticket/e-mail/facebook post to TNT. Maybe it might help putting it on the help boards too?

For me it doesn't really matter since all it will do for me is up the number in front of the trophies.

UPDATE 18/04/2020: just checked my lookup and the trophies have been awarded! (no multiplier tho, so they are still owing me April's but anyways)

I just checked my lookup, today, and it is showing "6". Still think I'm missing one or two, but, at least, it did update.

Mine is at 6 too, should be seven though. We'll see if they ever update it to the right number.
