Good morning all!  I had a lovely email this morning stating that i'd earned a 100 NC gift, which I was very excited about.  However, the NC hasn't shown up in my account.  Couldn't find anything I had to click on.  is anyone else having this problem, or is it not a problem because i'm doing it wrong?

Haven't heard anything about any issues with it, but perhaps it's just taking some time to show up on your account? I suggest giving it a day, and if it hasn't shown up by then, sending in a ticket.

Apart from what Nielo suggested, maybe you could try visiting the NC Mall, if you haven't already done that? Sometimes (and for whatever reason) your NC balance doesn't update until you visit the NC Mall.
