How do i move the right arm down?

Hey - sorry if this is a dumb question but I recently started customizing my Xweetok and she had a right hand item then I removed, but now her arm is stuck in the up position. How do I get it back down??

You can't. That's just their pose with one arm raised. It didn't had anything to do with the item. Some colors (Like Baby) still have some different poses, but most colors have the same pose for the sake of customizing.

you might not have noticed before, but as duma already said, their poses are always the same.

if you see pets that have a different position it's because they are so called 'UC pets' - unconverted pets, that are not creatable anymore and therefore really rare and valuable. they can't be customized like 'regular' pets can be, though.
