If I'm not mistaken, I believe that it was an Illusen Quest that asked for that Wall Paint. None of the regular Faeries would ask for those items. I recall someone else being asked for an item that was exclusively sold at the Neohomes Superstore once on their Illusen Quest, correct me if I'm wrong.
