You can only find them at the Neohome Superstore But they're always in stock there. :) The Kiko Lake one doesn't show on the main page, but click the "More" button in the Wall Paint section to find it Quote

If I'm not mistaken, I believe that it was an Illusen Quest that asked for that Wall Paint. None of the regular Faeries would ask for those items. I recall someone else being asked for an item that was exclusively sold at the Neohomes Superstore once on their Illusen Quest, correct me if I'm wrong. Quote
