Anybody else seen something change? Still the same message with me.

There was a random event someone got in my guild that said this;

RE in Neopia Central: A speckled Xweetok runs up to you and says, "Xandra was right! Spread the word!" and runs off. 

There's also a few in my guild that got RE from Jacko the Phantom Painter? Related to the event maybe?

I hate to burst your bubble, but these aren't new events and is most likely a coincidence that they're appearing for some at this time.

I've had that RE before, it's kind of nice when they appear to be relevant to something that's currently happening though.

I've gotten that Xandra RE long ago.  I think it's probably been around since the fall of faerieland.

Awe bummer. I still think Xandra is behind it though! Wouldn't be a shock at least haha
