singittome
Does TNT still review scores? I've sent in 3 scores this past week for the game Kou-jong, and I haven't received anything.
.Brianna.
They do. They've never fully spelled out their policies, but certain games seem to have auto-reviews once you pass a score threshold while others seem to just be random. singittome
singittome
So it could be awhile before I get anything. Thanks!
Mouseykins
I think the usual wait time for scores under review is about 24-48 hours. It can be sooner or it can be up to a week that you're waiting. You'll receive a Neomail when your score has been accepted. I'm not sure if they Neomail you or not if your score was declined, I've never had that happen. I hope you don't have to wait long for your points! :)
singittome
Well it's a been week since I first posted a high score with that game, and nothing. The other 2 games are about 4 days
Musical_Shoyru
Well it's a been week since I first posted a high score with that game, and nothing. The other 2 games are about 4 days WOAH! That's a long time! I've never had to wait that long. I always hate when they have to review because I'll get a score that would of gotten me in the gold for that day and then they don't review it for a couple of days and I end up getting silver or bronze..... *sigh*
singittome
Yea. I'm getting kind of annoyed too. Is it worth it to write a ticket?
suzanoberle
I suspect a lot of the staff is out of the office due to the Thanksgiving holiday (Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!). A ticket is a good idea, but the delay is probably just because people started their Thanksgiving holiday early.
rntracy1
Yea. I'm getting kind of annoyed too. Is it worth it to write a ticket? Don't even bother. I've written a ticket due to a score before and it was POINTLESS! This was my question and response. Notice how I said that I was NOT being reviewed and was already on the high score table. "I played Maths Nightmare on I believe Tues 5/3 and received a score of 8280. I was the top score in the 2nd place position. I never received the avatar or the trophy and my score was not under review." The response: "Thank you for writing! I'm sorry to hear that you are frustrated with our High Score table trophies. High Score trophies are awarded only once per day, sometime in the early morning Neopian Standard Time. In order to receive a trophy you will need to be in a qualifying position in the High Score Table at that exact moment. If you send a qualifying score after this time you'll need to maintain your top spot to qualify for the next day's trophy. Please note that scores being reviewed are NOT posted until the score has been approved by our moderation team. This means that it will not post to the High Score table, no matter how awesome your score was, until it's approved. By the time it is approved the score may no longer qualify for a trophy but this is not a bug, just how the system works. I hope that helps clear up some confusion! Please remember that we cannot award High Score Table trophies based on information provided in a ticket as there is simply no way for us to verify these claims. Sorry!" They are telling me there was no way to verify my claims. LOL. Uh, the fact that I was on the high score table for over 3 days and didn't receive the trophy is proof! What more did they need? Good luck to you!
