mtsparky
My team's moral is decimated at present, even after freezes we still are posting with low low scores and many are wondering how scoring is worked/rigged. I'm looking for ways to refocus and spur what has always been a small yet dedicated base. Any ideas?
Aquamentis12
All you can really do is try to cheer your teammates on. The more they play, the more they win, the better the team AND they do personally in the AC. It's in their best interest to play their best. Not sure if that'll help, but it can't hurt. nicolelouise
I'm really not sure. To be honest, it's the chatter and banter in the Shenkuu thread that is encouraging me at the moment. I go in there, air my woes in humorous fashion, we all have a laugh, and I feel better and more inclined to have another go. In some ways, it's a team effort, but when you can't see the other members of your team or they don't have much of a visible presence online, it feels much more like you're going it alone. Maybe, in that sense, you could treat it like exercising, where you just have a buddy or two that help keep you going and you help them keep going. Doesn't necessarily do much for your team overall, but it helps you to keep your spirits up, which is half the battle. mtsparky
Thanks guys. Does anyone know any intra-team challenges? Like the first to score with a darigan ball gets board *claps* etc. Have you seen anything like this?
paperdoll66
I was happy to see that everyone on Maraqua's boards were trying to stay positive. I think that right when people see the scores might be the most dangerous time for morale. I think it might be a nice idea to have some goofy icebreaker questions to give people something to focus on instead of the scores or drama going on in other boards. mtsparky and Aquamentis12
