Mouseykins Posted May 4, 2016 Posted May 4, 2016 May the 4th be with us all! I'm actually off to the Post Office this afternoon to pick up The Force Awakens. I ordered it 3 weeks ago from the Disney Movie Club and it finally came in yesterday. :D I think I'll join the side of the Jedi and my girls can be younglings. OMG I just got the reference in your name: "TK421, why aren't you at your post?" :D Is anyone here a Rebels fan? tk421beth and Angeló 2 Quote
faerie1811 Posted May 5, 2016 Posted May 5, 2016 Sadly I will not be joining the marathon today but I will this weekend  Jedi (though Sith some days) Angeló 1 Quote
Mouseykins Posted May 5, 2016 Posted May 5, 2016 We are about to watch The Force Awakens for the VERY first time! :D So excited! :D It's kind of hard to go to theatres when you have two small children and no one to babysit. This way they can watch too. :) Angeló 1 Quote

Mouseykins Posted May 6, 2016 Posted May 6, 2016 I have to say I didn't really care for it compared to other ones. You can definitely tell this was not George Lucas production and a Disney adaptation. It was more action-packed then story-driven. Sure some of the stunts were awesome and the graphics, too but it just didn't wow me like I thought it would. Just my opinion. I enjoyed it a bit more then my husband did, I doubt he'll be watching it again anytime soon. Quote
