Well, after losing close to mil on it already I finally land on the blank space! *cheers*

Except it's nowhere to be found under my neoboard preferences. *booooo*

Are you absolutely certain you haven't gotten the avatar some time ago? Have you checked all your avatars? I know, obvious questions, but it's happened to me before xD All else fails, did you get a screenshot? It'll be easier to get a ticket answered that way.

I believe there is some speculation that it is random, however there's not really any way to confirm unless you get the wedge a few times before actually being rewarded the avatar.

 

You could send a ticket or write in to the editorial.
