Hmmmm, I don't know. Ever since the RE revamps there's been a lot of new random events out there. I think it's just a joke. TNT loves messing up with our minds...

Xandra (correct me if I'm wrong) was part of a past plot. I think it's just another one of those events that put the "random" in random event :p

I got that RE yesterday. I remember that plot, but sometimes forget whatever happened to old Xandra. I wouldn't mind seeing Brynnso back in action though. :)

Yes, but it's been so long since TFR, I'm sure she's found a way to escape by now. So maybe this is a hint at a new plot -- TNT did say we need to raise Faerieland again.

nah, don't think so either... but if it were to be another plot, I would rather something original than connected to TFR
