10% Hidden Tower Discount up for grabs

I just noticed I have the 10% HT discount on my account. I don't plan to use it, so if anyone has anything they would like to purchase, I'll do it for them. Do check the trading post first to see if you can get a better deal there.

 

Note that I have essentially no NPs on my account and nothing for collateral, so you'll have to trust me with your money :P .

 

I'll leave this open for any TDN member with an account at least 1 month old. I will check back on this topic every 24 hours from the post date it was posted. If someone asked, I'll make the purchase for them. If more than one person asked within that 24 hours, I'll randomly select on of them.

This is a really nice offer of you but if you don't hear from anyone don't be offended. Although your intentions are good, trusting someone with your NPs to make item purchases is probably frowned upon by TNT and a really easy way to get scammed. Still, very nice of you though! Thanks for being so kind to TDN-goers. :)

I agree. Very kind but it's super hard to trust anyone you don't routinely communicate with. I lost my tens of millions a decade ago in an early scam but forgive and forget. Unfortunately I don't have the disposable NP right now for the GKB I want. Might check back to see if you still have it up for grabs and get something else if there are no takers.

Yeah I realize. I would work better if I still had a bank in which case I could just buy and put the item up for trade.

You could just save up your neopoints until you can afford something in the tower, and then try to sell it for a profit. ^_^ Or you could buy one of the grimoir no-trade books at a discount to get one of those avatars.

Actually, all the books needed for the avatars are bound to the account they are bought on and can't be traded, unfortunately. (I've tried it for a side account once)

Just make sure that in the end you're down 6.75 and have a Bomb and I still have 2.75.

How weird is this...I've been debating for quite awhile and finally bid on a Hubrid Nox Memorial Shield for 7.7 mill. and not even 15 minutes later I get a discount at the Hidden Tower! I could have saved over 400,000!!! Well...the auction ends in 2-8 hours, so here's hoping that I'm out-bid :sad01_anim:

 

I didn't even know that there was a 10% discount out there until I got it and then searched for this thread.
