Neopets are REALLY neglecting USULS

Okay i find nobody else seem to be bothered by this news, but dont you all think so?

 

2 CONSECUTIVE years Usul's have received the most outrageous clothes & colours combined. I really hope this year's Usul Day wont be another Disappointment like the previous years. (Still wishing for the Stealthy)

I don't know, the doctor's wig and glasses have become a staple in customising usuls for me and the other wearables are extremely well-fitting as well. The colours may not be great, but for me, the wearables make up for it

Well, that's because they have just about every other color. I mean, don't they have more than any other species?

It's just the colors are neglected. It looks like TNT forgot to add some pets basic colors like glowing, checkered, etc.

 

The clothes are very interesting to use though. The KQ Tokens last 2013 is a nice bonus for ones who can afford the NC

ew snot XP hahah I really dislike that color. I don't think they've neglected Usuls at all. I agree that those are some pretty basic colors and it's odd that they weren't already available for usuls. It's more like a necessity that they add glowing and checkered since almost every other pet has that color available. But the clothes are awesome! I actually LOVE the relic color. I think it's pretty cool. And glowing is a super cheap color change so it's nice they finally added that for those who can't afford much else (I have a glowing draik lol).

 

And I think stealthy may be a good possibility this year since many pets are just recently being released in that color :) ...or pastel

Where are their tail bows? Am I the only one that's noticed that the newer colors don't have tail bows or those head-band thingies?

Looks fine (and normal) to me...

Just because the colours/clothes don't suit your specific taste, doesn't mean they don't suit someone else's. It also doesn't mean the species is being neglected lol

Usuls have some of the best colors around ... not to mention their own paintbrush which isn't available to any other species (usuki pb) ... they sure aren't neglected .. but they've been given lots of awesome colors in the past (Water , Robot , etc) that they are lacking some of the more basic ones ... also their clothes are always cool and hip ... :)

I mean, if you really want to talk about neglected pets, I'd throw Quiggles in there:

A lot of their clothes just look like someone stretched out the picture and made it a bit pixelated.

The wigs often look... odd when there's an easy fix...

 

I'm sure Quiggles aren't the only ones with this "neglect", but to say the Usuls share that neglect... I'd have to disagree.

They're not in the color previews for whatever reason, but the items themselves exist and are applied with the painting/zap. As an example: This Snot Usul and this Relic Usul

I have to agree about the Usuls being neglected for decent colors. The last two Usul Days, as Solandres pointed out, the colors have really stunk! Would it really hurt to make them Eventide or Pastel this year? *That* is a hint, folks.
