Do you get any funny / weird neomails ? lets share them here and have a few laughs (would be better to blur out the name of the sender) , for example , I got this one today ...

Some weeks ago I found a shop whose owner's username was socialista (socialist in Portuguese). Funnily enough, when I checked his user lookup his "name" was Tony Stark! So I sent him this:

I found it hilarious! :D We actually carried on the conversation, it was very funny.

I don't have any funny neomails, but along with Lever's "I started this conversation because of their username"...

 

I became friends with Janelle (OhGodKillIt) simply because of her username. I had to know what specifically she wanted killed. xD | Now she's my best Neopian friend! I didn't hear from her at all last week, but that could be because she got a job as a CT tech and has already gotten started. ^_^

We went through a period where we exchanged Neopian gifts of "yucks"...that's why I have "Janelle is Evil" in my gallery and why there are things like an aboogala lolly and a buzzer. :laughingsmiley:

I got one auction a trading lot. She kept emailing me (and I assume others) as two people kept raising the price of a pb 1np.... In total probably 25 neomails!!

I had a glowing PB up for a 1 NP auction for my fellow guildies and I received lots of crazy mail and friend requests, mainly from Argentina. One was a newbie saying hey, I'm collecting PBs and was suggesting that I give them some. I didn't even bother replying. I probably should have reported them for begging. >_<

One time someone neomailed me: "can i have ur shark?", referring to Jargho, my Jetsam (by the way, he wasn't UFA or UFT). I thought it was pretty funny how blunt he was, plus the fact that he called my neopet a "shark" even though he seemed to be an active player and was most likely familiar with the actual species name.

One time an unrelated user sent me: "Hey hon how's it going?" A few seconds later I got another neomail saying: "sorry wrong person". Haha.

The one that made me laugh most was when I had a paintbrush up for sale in the trading post for 1 million

 

I got a mail offering me an item they said was worth 3 million as a swap - I had said I wanted pure np

 

they said it is worth 3 million and 'you will sell it easily and very fast'

 

I said 'great why not sell it and then you can buy my paintbrush and you will have loads of np left over too :woot: '

Been trying to figure out how to get a Cybunny and what to sell in my shop cause I would love to buy some brushes as well. : )

 

I asked how they found me...they thought through auctions but I have bottled faeries and a moehog MP, not a bunny MP or faerie PB...
