HSD?

I see people in the Pound Chat using phrases like "260 HSD Ixi" and "Seeking 300 HSD" and I've yet to figure out what it means. I think it's to do with the Battledome, but can someone tell me for sure?

Yes it is for the Battledome, its stands for evened out stats, Health Strength Defense. They would be at the number stated. I don't know much more about it myself but it's basically that.

Some people use it to mean evened out stats, but many use it as a total (HP+Strength+Def points). If you're interested in one of these pets, it's always good to visit the lookup of the pet so you're sure what you're getting.

If you see a pet that is 600 HSD is rarely refers to each of those three stats being at 600. Usually, as Emily said, it means that the total of those three stats equals 600 (since people usually train their pets evenly, that would be 200 health, 200 strength, 200 defense.)

 

Some people, when advertising a pet without even stats (usually a lab rat with low defense and high health) will say so directly- "1500 HSD lab rat", or something.
