It looks really cute :) I think when people think "neopets nail art," they think literally of pictures of neopets xD (at least I do). Some kind of design that incorporates something like Fyora's crown as tips (or inverted tips) might look cool. I wish I could paint my nails like that - I suppose if I went to a nail tech and asked, it would be cheating. I'm trying really hard to stop biting my nails, I could so use this as a reward, like if I go a week without biting I can have a neo design ^_^ Seriously though, kudos. I wish I had your skills.
