Well it went active! I was able to get an "amulet" from him, and it says I now have him as a BD challenger... but he's not showing up on my list... hmm...

Currently, you can get an amulet by clicking the lower right hand corner of the clockwork negg, going to the page also gives you the "new battledome challenger" message, but so far the neggbreaker isn't showing up on anyone's list.

Tried the amulet and... it does 3 Earth icons

 

Hope we won't have to use that in our battles...

I used the amulet and the Hanso Carisma Charm and that went pretty easy. I won a Ultimate Negg of Destruction, still not sure what does, but it is a BD weapon.

Definitely need that amulet! I tried to beat him without noticing there was one and failed lol

Just tried again and it only too a few goes to beat him. The amulet protects and causes 2000 damage each turn - even when frozen!

To be honest, I was expecting that Neggbreaker to be a brutal colossus. Now I'm only laughing because he is harmless and somewhat tender.

Well then, the Mysterious Negg case is completed, and there is one more Negg left to find for tomorrow.

Yeah he won't be able to touch you and he takes constant damage as long as you have the ancent negg amulet equiped, so even really weak pets can take him out with ease.

So you have to use the amulet. He didn't do any damage when I used it and it was diong 20,000+ damage every time.

when i saw that the neggbreaker difficulty 100000 i thought there was no way i could ever beat him. but it only took me five turns! thank goodness for that amulet. i'm glad TNT recognized that not all users train their pets, or necessarily even want their pets to fight.

Well, I'm an idiot. I totally skipped the pic and forgot the amulet, so when I took a crack at him he drained me of health in....five seconds? Yeah, that's about right. So I then got the amulet, and badaboom! Easy peasy. Man I love TDN for stuff like this....

I've been testing the "ultimate" negg and it's hard to find out its characteristics...

 

What is 100% sure is that the "ultimate" negg is a bomb (once per battle)

It does 3 Fire, 2 Air, 2 Light and fractional 1-3 Physical icons

i agree....its kinda like....that was it? the first puzzle stretched out over a week or so...the second (besides the initial confusion I had not knowing there were restrictions on repeats) took me about 30 minutes. This took me 5 minutes, and was kinda a no brainer...
