Spritzie Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 Or hot chocolate. :P We have an ice cream shop here that gives out stamps for purchases to earn free ice cream, and they have the deal where the colder it is, the more stamps you get. (And if it's snowing, they'll stamp your whole card.) Quote
Tedhaun Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 I see the ice cream truck still go around my neighborhood sometimes in the summer, but I never really have the intention of getting some from the ice cream truck. Also, I never had the Drumstick Ice Cream in quite a while now that you mention it. Quote
Spritzie Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 I love Drumstick ice cream, more than the Drumstick treats. (That were always my favorite.) It's vanilla ice cream, with fudge swirls and pieces of chocolate covered peanuts and waffle cone pieces. Quote
Tedhaun Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 I swear that I used to enjoy the Chocolate and Caramel Drumsticks whenever my mom bought them from Sam's Club. I may want to ask her again to get some more Nestle Drumsticks next summer. Posting here is really making me want ice cream. :icecream: Quote
Spritzie Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 The regular ones, or the fudge ones were my favorite. I haven't had a regular Drumstick in a lot time. Looks like I'm making a trip to the grocery store on my way home tonight. Quote
-Ryan Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 Drumsticks are amazing bro. You're making me want one. ;-; Quote
Spritzie Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 :laughingsmiley: Look what I started. Well, you started it, actually. With your talk of milkshakes. Quote
-Ryan Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 It all goes back to the milkshake... I wonder if my grandpa will give me aride to the store for drumsticks... Hm... Quote
Spritzie Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 I could send Drumsticks with the snow I send you, but you'd have to wait longer. Quote
-Ryan Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 Well he's sleeping so that might not be a bad idea. :P For now i'll have to settle with no food while I watch the Rose bowl. ;-; Quote
Spritzie Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 Okay. I'll toss some Drumsticks in with the snow shipment. That will keep them nice and cold too. :P Quote
-Ryan Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 I coud always come to Colorado in person right now I suppose. Surely its in bike range? :P Quote
Spritzie Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 That would be a really long bike ride. o_O I'm not sure if it's worth it. Quote
Spritzie Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 True. And definitely for Drumsticks. Maybe you can time it so you can catch one of The Fray's concerts while you're in CO. Quote
-Ryan Posted January 2, 2012 Posted January 2, 2012 YESSSSSS. Or Onerepublic. And I cant wait for The Fray's new CD coming out. Comes out right before my birthday. AAR have one coming out right before my bday too. :3 I GOT A DRUMSTIIIIICK. Quote
The Score in Blue Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 Jealous for the whole Drumstick thing. I don't think they're available over here, mind you, we don't really have ice cream trucks roaming the streets anymore. Quote
-Ryan Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 We do! :3 I have half my usual Altador Cuo food stash. Diet rootbeer, flamin' hot cheetos, frozen pizza.. x3 Quote
The Score in Blue Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 Cheetos!! Wish we had those too. Don't really know about rootbeer though (I don't know if we have it). Quote
-Ryan Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 Diet A&W rootbeer is amazing bro. I live off that stuff when the AC is going. Especially in can form cause its more fun than the bottle. And it helps me ration myself. :3 Quote
Spritzie Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 I want Drumsticks! I'm home now, so I can have my Drumstick ice cream after dinner. :D Until then... chocolate milk. Quote
-Ryan Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 Ive already had two. Its still christmas break so I have an excuse to eat like this. x3 Quote
rachiee Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 I didn't eat all that unhealthily over break. I did have like, two pounds of jelly beans though. And a burger + fries meal from Five Guys that I ate by myself. (Their portions are huge. A "regular" burger has two patties and the "regular" order of fries is enough for two or three people.) Quote
Spritzie Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 We have one of those (Five Guys) places in town. It's semi-new. I've never been there, but I've heard it's good. Quote
rachiee Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 You should definitely go there one of these days. Their burgers are really good, but somewhat on the pricey side (it's about $4 for a single-patty burger and a little less than $6 for a double-patty burger, but so worth it). They also provide free peanuts that you can have while you're waiting for your meal. :D Quote
