Unstream Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 I know, but the community has a lot of holes in it if you look at it internationally. I mean, one or two people in the UK is barely international :P Quote
livvy Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 Fine then. We're, uh, multi-national! There! You can't dispute that. :P Quote
Unstream Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 I suppose I can't :P Though it would be cool if we had more people from all over the world. Especially in places that aren't so "westernized". Quote
Wembly Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 But Canada is the most international nation there is! It's directly between two pieces of another nation. Haha, I love this quote! It's going on the quote page! And there are a bunch of people from the non US because they seem to be the only people that post in my sponsor threads saying they can't access it... Quote
livvy Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 Haha, thanks Wembly. :D Glad I could amuse you. Ach, I'm drowning in Econ homework and mild fever. >_< What's up with everyone getting sick these days? Quote
Unstream Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 It's fall, which is pretty much the season of sickness :P I'm actually surprised I haven't been sick yet. Normally I come down with a cough that lasts for months at this point in the year. Quote
-Ryan Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 I don't know. I didn't know sickness could spread over the internet. xD I'm just glad you're VIRUSES haven't spread to me. Harharhar. /shot'd Quote
livvy Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 I do too, Will. :O Though my big sick time is usually March. I swear, I'm allergic to March. I ALWAYS get sick in March. I've ended far too many sentences with March. Gah, I did it again! Quote
Tyler. Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 I have been sick lately, stomach flu, not fun at all Quote
livvy Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 Euch, that does sound unpleasant. :( I'm at least not that sick. Hope you get better, Tyler. Quote
antiaircraft Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 Hmm... oddly enough, I just recovered from a long-running sickness a few weeks ago, and now everyone else is getting sick. Blah, tropical weather. xD Quote
livvy Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 :O Maybe you transferred it to us. ('cuz y'know. You can totally catch diseases over the internet. =P) Quote
antiaircraft Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 I'm running Linux. My system is highly resilient to disease transmission. :P Although I did sneeze on the keyboard once or twice... Quote
livvy Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 *disinfects own keyboard immediately* I refuse any e-germs! I have enough sicknesses floating around my own school. Quote
antiaircraft Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 Don't worry, I clean my keyboard pretty well - although I do need to find myself a compressed air canister so I can finish the job properly. Quote
The Score in Blue Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 Don't worry, I clean my keyboard pretty well - although I do need to find myself a compressed air canister so I can finish the job properly. You sound like a very clean computer person. It's spring, so it's time for gardening... and hayfever! Quote
antiaircraft Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 Well, computers that get dirty tend to develop hardware faults, and hardware faults are the single most irritating thing I have ever come across, so... yeah, I try to take good care of them. :) Heh, I'm not sure whether it's the wet or dry season right now in Malaysia - I do know that we haven't had a haze season recently, which is a good thing. Quote
Divya Bean Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 When my English cousins came over, their noses immediately became red and puffy and they said they have hayfever. *giggles* Quote
The Score in Blue Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 Haha, hayfever in autumn? It's definitely hayfever season here in NZ... :( Quote
jumpingbeans Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 When my English cousins came over, their noses immediately became red and puffy and they said they have hayfever. *giggles* Giggling is so immature! That's why we do it. *Giggle* Quote
Luciana Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 !!! I have a question for you guys who go to school. Are any of your schools completely ridiculous with the schedules? I am a month in the school year and some kids are still getting program changes! And what's worse- My English teacher got a program change and she wont be teaching my class anymore. SERIOUSLY? One month in the school year and the principle thinks it's a good idea to switch two teachers to new classes? So out with the nice, cute, teacher with her Canadian accent and in with some random older woman who I doubt will be as nice her?? Booo. Sorry for randomly ranting. I just need to let out my anger somehow. >:T Quote
CAV of Gang Green Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 -Pokes Livvy- coughIndiacough Btw CAV, the whole idea was hatched on the HOP! Jeez Ryan. She misses 1 nation and you're all over it? What idea? I know, but the community has a lot of holes in it if you look at it internationally. I mean, one or two people in the UK is barely international :P Try to note that we have over 12k members. I'm sure there's more than 2 people in the UK. Quote
jumpingbeans Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 I don't remember any members in Canada, aside from me. Are there any? Quote
CAV of Gang Green Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 Xepha, LM. That's all I can think of for now. Quote
jumpingbeans Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 Oh, I'd forgotten about LM, because I got him added. And really? Xepha? I always thought he was American or something. Quote
