I got a pager when I was 14. When I went to HS, so my mom could keep in touch, tell me to take the bus, or she was picking me up, going to be late, etc.

 

I got my cell phone at 16, when I started driving alone.

When I got my 1st phone at 12 or so Motorola RAZR was THE phone to get.

I got a Razr. Worst phone I have EVER had. My the time my warranty was up, they'd replaced it 3 times. After that, I switched to Verizon, and got the LG Venus touch screen. After that, I got the LG ENV2.
