siniri Posted June 27, 2013 Posted June 27, 2013 TENNIS *Technically, A could have been in the word, but the word would have been T-AN-O with an R or a Z in it. The Bandit 1 Quote

siniri Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 They asked a question about Wimbledon at trivia Wed. night: which two tennis stars have been sniping at each other through the media over a boy? We were definitely struck by how trivial the questions were this week (especially the several "this week in the news" questions, of which this was a typical example), in light of the serious news that had occurred this week (which of course wasn't asked about at all -- in fairness, he hosts several trivia nights a week and uses the same questions the whole week, so he may ask about it next week). Still, of all the questions he could have asked about Wimbledon... Anyway, new word, seven letters. Quote
Clumsy rockyroad1 Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 There was this feud with Williams and Sharapova, I can't remember what it's about. I read the newspaper this morning.. (Yes, I'm 12 and read newspapers) Now let's stop talking about Wimbledon. TRIVIAL Quote
